A loud knocking sounds from the other side of your room door. You groggily wake up, your eyes falling on the door, but wondering if you should actually open it. After a few more minutes of this, Jaya lets out a long sigh, and stands up, her black hair messy, and clothes disheveled. She slowly pulls open the door, and is shocked by the person on the other side.
"..Hetti? What are you doing here?"
"What do you mean 'what am I doing here?' You didn't even tell me you were leaving, so I tracked your location through your cellphone," Hetti looks over Jaya's shoulder, and notices your figure in bed, "And you're with another girl??"
Jaya quirks up an eyebrow in confusion, turning slightly to face you, "No, I am just with (Y/N)."
You sit up in bed, your eyes squinting from the harsh light, as you mumble a, "Hi."
"If you calm down, I will explain to you why I left in such a hurry," Jaya says, her voice monotone.
This only seems to anger Hetti more, as she pushes past her and makes her way into the room. She crosses her arms, as she angrily shouts in response, "No, I won't calm down! Do you not see a problem with you leaving in the middle of the night without saying anything to me?? I worry about you, y'kno?"
Jaya sweat-drops, caught off-guard by this, and unsure of what she should say next, "You are right.. I apologize. I did not consider your feelings."
"You definitely didn't! You rarely do! People care about you, stupid!" Hetti sits down on the bed, crossing one leg over the other, arms still crossed in annoyance.
You nod along with her argument, earning a glare from Jaya. "I'll give you two some privacy. It sounds like Jaya needs to be lectured some more," You stand up from the bed, ignoring Jaya's intense death glare.
Hetti turns to face you, nodding in agreement, "Thanks, (Y/N). I'm glad someone here has some braincells."
"Yeah, I'll just get dressed, and then I'll leave you two alone," You hurriedly grab your backpack and take it with you into the bathroom, quickly changing into a casual outfit, and brushing out your hair. After you've changed you throw you backpack over your shoulder, and rush towards the door. "Nice seeing you, Hetti. Good luck, Jaya!"
You decide to head to Leorio and Izunavi's room to keep yourself busy until your video call with Kurapika.
"Cloak, there you are," Izunavi greets you as you enter the room, "Where's Jaya at? The car should be ready in an hour or two."
"Right, but I realized last night that I agreed to video call Kurapika later tonight, so we're going to stay here until after that," You explain to Izunavi and Leorio who both watch you with confusion written all over their faces, "I agreed to it without thinking. There was a lot happening, okay?"
Leorio sits on the bed, his hand on his chin, seemingly in thought, "Isn't he going to ask why you're not at home?"
"Yeah, I thought about that, too. Don't worry. I have a few ideas," You reassure him, setting your backpack down on the bed, "As for Jaya," Hetti's angry face, and loud shouting comes to mind, "Well, she'll be busy for awhile."
"Hmm? Am I missing something here?" Izunavi questions you, confused about what you mean.
You start explaining to both of them about how Hetti showed up, and how Jaya was about to be lectured some more when you left the room. Izunavi watches you explain with a smirk on his face, while Leorio is trying not to laugh.
Meanwhile in the hotel lobby, Bennett walks in front of Shadow, beads of sweat dripping down his forehead as he approaches the front desk, "Um, excuse me? My sister is staying here, but I don't know her room number. Can you tell me what it is?" Bennett nervously asks the woman working at the front desk.
