This chapter has little moments that take place over the course of a few weeks.

Moment 1:

Loki has asked for Epin to go to the roof with him for some air. He apparently has a rough day with Stark patronizing him during training. Epin gladly agreed, excited for some alone time with Loki regardless if there is going to be any conversation or not.

Epin teleports to the roof to find Loki standing there looking out over the skyline with his hands behind his back. Epin smiles at the sight of his long black hair moving around with the subtle wind. Loki, as if sensing Epins presence, turns around to be greeted by a grinning goddess.

"Hello Lady Epin." Loki calmly states and gestures for Epin to join him. Without a word, she walks over to him and stands only a few inches away from touching him.

"Loki." She greets with a nod. "Was it Stark? What did he say?" She almost teases, curious as to why he needed some air so badly after a day of training with the other avengers. He chuckles and turns to face Epin completely.

"Who else would it have been. I received the usual, sarcastic and condescending comments. So I thought it would be nice to meet with the Avenger I hate the very very least for some fresh air. After all, you seem to be the only one who can calm me down long enough to not murder anyone." He says and Epin smiles at the backhanded compliment.

"How nice of you to say you hate me the least. If I must say, I also have the urge to kill Tony." Epin only half jokes, she has had her fair share of close calls with exterminating the arrogant man, yet she can never bring herself to do it, she does love him like family. Like a mixed, messed up, and unstable family. Loki chuckles at her words. Epin decides to sit on the concrete ground and lean back on her elbows in a more comfortable position. Loki soon follows and absentmindedly looks over to Epin, observing her face. He can't help the smile on his face as he watches her eyes light up at the cloudy sky.

"We don't talk very much." Loki states after a few minutes of silence. "I mean, well, I guess we...." He trails off as if embarrassed.

"I have to inform you, the reason we don't talk very often is because you are not much of a talker." Epin states turning to watch Loki's face. She wishes they talked more and based on Loki saying what he has said, she can't help but think that maybe he wished the two talked more as well. Most of the time they just enjoy each other's presence.

"I am not much of a talker with the others. But with you, I fear that I am in fact a talker." Loki admits and Epin smiles at the fact that Loki is not scared to talk to her.

"I am flattered." Epin says and Loki chuckles.

"Don't feel so honored. It really doesn't mean very much." Loki mumbles as if trying to convince himself.

"I think we both know you are lying." Epin taunts him.

Just as Loki was about to respond, some thunder rings through the sky signalling a rainfall. As the first few droplets come down onto the cement, it changes from light gray to dark gray. Epin giggles as a droplet hits her face. She closes her eyes and looks up, feeling more and more rain fall onto her. She hears someone moving beside her so she looks at Loki to see him standing and looking with uncertainty at the sky.

"We should go in, Lady Epin." Loki says as he holds a hand out to her so he can walk her back indoors.

"Oh come on. Please stay out with me. It could be fun." Epin pleads, grabbing Loki's hand but pulling him further out into the rain instead of back inside.

"I will do no such thing!" Loki raises his voice over the rain as a laugh betrays his words. Epin uses her powers to send some of the water at Loki, soaking any part of his clothes that were not already wet. Loki looks at Epin with wide eyes and she laughs at his facial expression.
