Emma put on her red leather jacket, blue jeans and brown boots. She fixed her hair up into a tight ponytail and applied a slight amount of makeup on her face to cover the dark circles underneath her eyes. She looked at herself in the mirror and shrugged her shoulders sighting in desperation.

She missed that woman... Regina Mills would be the end of her. She spent the entire night awake drinking her favourite kind beer while trying to convince herself that turning Regina in is the smartest choice. That woman almost got them all killed because of her inability to say the truth but at the same time emma knew it was just a naive action.

She was mad. Although she tried to forgive the brunette she kept recalling all the moments in the past that made her and her family suffer and that was the main reason why she was boiling mad. Or was that the main reason? To be honest... losing Regina and the feelings they had for each other was what hurt her the most. She was confused... she was confused and blinded by her broken heart and the constant pain she felt inside.

Henry was at school so thank the god she wouldn't have to explain at Henry what she was planning to do... sadly her encounter with Killian didn't help her figure out the secret Regina was supposed to be keeping. Something had happened... everyone knew except her! And that was what was driving her insane... that was the main reason again why she was doubting her actions.

She grabbed her car keys and a cup of hot black coffee and jumped in her yellow bug to start her trip to Manchester. She knew that her parents lived there and to be honest she felt quite guilty for not contacting them at all after everything that happened in Paris. They would streaky have plenty of questions for her to answer and they would be mad... they helped her and she didn't even say thank you!

She was way too caught up into the shit going on her life to realise how much these people supported her and adored her. She wanted to reunite with her family. She missed the feeling of being loved and accepted no matter what. She owed them the world considering what they did for her. Plus... she really needed Snow's and David's help. They were probably the kind of people she needed the most to help her with the upcoming trail tomorrow.

She started the engine of her car and drove for an hour till she reached the neighbourhood that her parents lived. It seemed like a quiet and safe place for them to build a house that feels like home. She parked the car right outside of the white mansion David and Snow owned and forced a smile. Her heart was beating faster and faster as she walked out of the car and prepared  herself for the big reunion.

She cracked her knuckles awkwardly and took a deep breath as she knocked on the door and waited. Silence. No footsteps approaching the front door, no voices speaking... just silence. She knocked on the door again and crossed her hands underneath her breasts looking down at her muddy shoes.

A couple of seconds later the wooden door opened for her to see a five year old boy staring at her with his big green eyes. She smiled gently as she kneeled down extending her hand towards him slowly in order not to frighten him. She recognised him right away though, even though he had no idea who she was. Of course he didn't... he was just a baby when storybrooke got destroyed and all citizens were scattered all over the United States.

He frowned as he examined her face and extended his tiny hand towards Emma for a high five.
"What's up kiddo?"
She smiled awkwardly before she heard Snow'a voice echoing in the house.

"Neal what on earth? How many times have I told you not to open the door without me or dad being present?"
The little boy turned around to look at his mother in confusion. Snow raised her sight to look at the tall woman standing at their daughter when a huge smile spread all over her face making her cheeks blush!
