As guests start to flood out of the Manor, Draco and I start walking around saying goodbye to people. It's about 11:00pm at this point and it's been a long evening.

The last guest leaves (Pugface was attempting to hug Draco for a solid 15 minutes prior) and Draco and I head to the ballroom where his aunt and mother are.

"Draco! Y/n! Did you have fun dear?" Mrs. Malfoy asks with a smile.

"Yes ma'am, thank you so much for having me!" I respond.

"We are going to head upstairs for a little before she leaves, if that's alright?" Draco asks. His mother nods and he leads me back to his room, which I already managed to memorize the path to.

"What exactly happened with Blaise?" Draco asks, pulling me down onto the bed with him. Im laying on my side facing Draco who's doing the same thing.

"He was just... I don't know. I didn't like the... aura... he was giving off. The vibes. His hand was also not shy..." I say with a shudder.

"I should beat him senseless. Who does he think he is, touching my girl? Flirting with her. Ugh." Draco tenses up as he spits.

"What about Pansy?" Her name is like venom in my mouth.

"She was trying to feel up my chest and stomach and leaning all close to me." He makes a face.

"What did you say?" I'm almost testing him with this.

"I told her I need space. And I asked her to keep her hands where they should be." He replies as if it's obvious. This small victory makes my pride swell.

"Thank you." I say with a smile.

"For? I didn't do anything." Draco says confused.

"For telling her to back off. She's always all over you and.. and it bugs me." I tense up as I talk.

"Oh does it?" He asks feigning innocence.

"Yes!" I exclaim frustrated.

"Someone's a little... jealous? Maybe even protective?" Draco teases, but it makes me realize he's right.

"Don't act like you're not possessive about the Blaise thing." I pout, crossing my arms and turning away from Draco.

"Oh come here, Darling." Draco grabs me by the waist and pulls me into him, my back against his chest. "It's cute.... It's kinda hot, actually." His lips find my neck as he finishes his sentence.

"Oh shut up..." I mutter as I feel my hard pout melting away. I roll over to face him and take in his face. His eyes are tired, dark circles very pronounced, jawline sharp cheeks slightly sunken in.

"Draco..." I start.

"Yes, love?" He responds.

"Have you been sleeping lately?" He looks startled at my question. As he starts to stutter out an answer I interrupt him. "Be honest with me. Have you been eating either?" I ask.

"Well... not the best. I haven't been hungry recently..." Draco explains.

"Try to eat better, for me?" I ask with puppy eyes.

"Ugh. I can't resist you. I'll try."

"You better get some sleep as well. And make sure to drink water!!" I add.

"Okay mum." He mutters sarcastically, making me hit him in the arm with a laugh.

"Speaking of sleep, you should get some. I'll probably head home now." I say, not wanting to bother Draco.

"Few more minutes... please." The please out of his mouth sounds almost desperate.

"Of course." I say with a smile, snuggling closer to him. Thirty minutes pass and I start to get up and make sure i have everything.

"Do you have to go?" Draco asks.

"Yes, Draco. I wish I didn't...." He sighs at my response.

"You look so nice. Today was great, I'm gonna miss you, y/n." He says, placing his hands on my waist, my ballgown still present.

"It was great. Merlin, I'm gonna miss you too." After I finish my sentence I plant a kiss on his lips.

"Wait for George with me?" I ask. He nods and we make our way downstairs. His mother and aunt seem to have made their way upstairs as the downstairs floor is vacant.

We stand inside of the door, the window being good enough to see since it's freezing outside. I can't help but cling onto Draco, wanting his warmth and comfort, memorizing his smell again.

"Oh, yeah. I grabbed this from upstairs, I figured you'd want another one." Draco says placing a folded long sleeve shirt and a hoodie in my hands. I almost never see Draco wear a hoodie so it's almost foreign to me but I beam at his thoughtfulness.

"Thank you, Draco. I really do appreciate it." I smile at him.

"I like my girl wearing my clothes. Let's people know she's mine and she just so happens to look damn good in them." He says nonchalantly.

"I think George just apparated here..." I say with a sigh. Draco nods and hugs me tight, placing a kiss on top of my head.

"I'll walk you out." He says holding out my jacket and putting it on me.

"Thank you." I smile at him, knowing his distaste of the Weasleys. Walking outside the snow is heavy in the air.

"Hey, George!" I say, getting his attention. He walks over and I hug Draco bye.

"Ready to go?" He asks and I nod.

"Bye, Draco." I smile sadly at him.

"Bye, Y/n." He returns the smile.

With a 'pop' George and I disappear into the air, making me dizzy feel sick again. I hit the ground hard in my heels and feel my ankles straining.

George steadies me again outside of the burrow and we hurry inside, wanting to escape the cold.

"Y/n! So glad you're home dear. I've made hot chocolate, would you like some?" Molly asks facing the stove.

"Yes please, thank you!" I say shivering. I remove my coat and hang it up, still being in my black ballgown.

"Oh! You're still in your dress. You look amazing, Y/n!!" She exclaims walking over to me quickly and looking at my hair and makeup. A tight hug from Mrs. Weasley helps to warm me up, mentally and physically.

"Y/n's back?" Comes Ron's voice from upstairs. He, Hermione, and Ginny walk down and each give me hugs. Fred seems to catch wind and pops down the stairs. I'm overwhelmed with Compliments about my appearance, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

"Well, I'm gonna go get changed!" I exit the room, Hermione following to ask about the ball.

"How was it?" She asks.

"His aunt Bella wanted to meet me." I say annoyed slightly. Her eyes widen at the realization of who I meant. "But other than that it was alright. And Blaise was creepy, but that's normal." She lets out a laugh at this.

"What did he do?" She asks as I strip out of my ballgown.

"We danced together and he felt the need to get handsy with me." Hermione makes a face as I explain. While I'm taking my hair down and brushing it I talk about the ball in general and while I remove my makeup Hermione fills me in on what I missed, which is a whole lot of nothing.

I end my very eventful night with hot chocolate by the fire, talking with the Weasleys and relaxing.
