Epilogue :

5 years later :

Ahsoka POV :

I walk on the rocks that are right beside the river.

I bend over and let my hands touch the water.

I hear shuffles behind me but I know who they are.

"Go get mom!"

Before I have time to react I'm pushed fully into the river and I hear giggles.

I go to the surface and wipe my face even though it's no going to get the water off.

I look up and see Anakin with Ruby, Kaden, and Caleb.

Ruby is five now. Ruby never knew Cree so she believes Anakin is her father. Which he is. Anakin and I got married two years after what happened on Shili. We had Kaden a year later. We were thinking about naming him Kalen but decided for him to have his own identity. So, Kaden, is what we choose. Kaden has his fathers hair but his own pattern of markings and a mix of Anakin and mine skin tone. He's two years old. Only a few months after having Kaden, I got pregnant with Caleb. Caleb has short lekkus and montrals. Their blue and white like my own but he has no markings and Anakin's skin. Caleb is almost one. One girl and two boys. Ruby loves her siblings.

I look up at Anakin and he smirks.

"You know we have to go to your parent's and were already running late." I tell Anakin.

"I know." Anakin walks to me and picks me up from the water.

"I don't think it's fair," I start saying.

"What?" he asks.

I push him in the water and he pops up a second later with his hair covering his face.

Ruby, Kaden, and Caleb are laughing more and I turn to wink at them.

"That I'm the only one who got wet." I say with a smirk.

He swims to me and lifts me up. I wrap my legs around his waist and he wraps him arms around mine.

"Will a kiss make it up?"

I pretend to think. "I don't know..."

"How about we try?"

"Okay."

He kisses me and enjoy the bliss moment.

"Ew..." I break the kiss and see the kids making faces at us.

Anakin groans. "We need some private time soon."

We get out of the water and all of us walk hand in hand back home to get ready.

We arrive at Anakin's parents house a few hours later.

Caleb is sleeping but Ruby and Kaden are wide awake.

I pick Caleb up and take Ruby's hand in my own. Anakin carries Kaden.

We get off the ship and walk in the familiar house.

Kaden squirms in Anakin arms and he lets him go.

Ruby lets go of my hand and runs around the halls with Kaden.

A door opens and out steps Jobal and Ruwee.

The open their arms and Ruby and Kaden run to their awaiting arms.

They hug before looking at us.

Jobal comes to Caleb and I.

"How's my Caleb?" She kisses his forehead before looking up at me.
