Chapter 21- Zehra

"Alright, let's use emotions this time!" Cheeky suggests. "Think of someone that makes you mad."

I punch him instead of the punching bag. "Like you?" I say while panting.

"Har har. Alright, we're done for today. You didn't get a good night's sleep, did ya?" He asks, leaning on the red pouncing bag.

I wipe my forehead. "That obvious?" I ask, and he nods. "Ugh, it's just the neighbors. They're so loud!" 

"Well, try your best to sleep tonight." He starts to punch the bag, and lemme tell you, I'm afraid it's going to come off the chain... "I'm giving you mercy! If we were still working, you'd be on the floor." 

I grab the bag to stop it from moving and look Cheeky in the eye. "I doubt that." And with that, I motion for the door to Dewey and Matt. 

"Night, Rookie." Cheeky says right before I leave the room and step outside into the night.

"Good night, Cheeky." 

I turn around, but stop once I see Matt in my face.

"What was that?" He asks. 

Uh oh...  Matt Attack's maaadddd....

"Nothing!" I say in a high voice, and walk past them, but both my hands get grabbed, by Dewey and Matt.

"Zehra, that wasn't nothing." Matt states, and I blush. Not wanting them to see it, I pull away from them and run off. But they don't chase... I'm only going for a walk in the chilly night.

What was that, Zehra..?  

You shouldn't have done that... 

But I mean... nothing could go wrong, right?

What's the worst that could happen???

Before I turn back, I hear my name...

"ZEHRA!!!"

But... it wasn't Matt or Dewey...

"Athena?!" I yell, and turn around to see my step sister running towards me. 

"Zehra! Please! I- I need to talk to you! I need you to come back!" 

Her blonde hair looks messy from the run here, and her blue eyes shimmer from tears. When I mean her hair looks messy, it's like she was on the mountains and the ocean breeze blew it HARD!!

"I-"

I hear running footsteps and I feel Matt hold my hand, making me remember why I came here in the first place. But... Athena's hurting now! 

WHY DO I ALWAYS HURT PEOPLE?! WHAT TYPE OF CURSE IS THIS?!

"Athena, what are you doing here?" I ask.

I don't have the energy for this... who let her in?! Oh wait... we're outside...

Gosh, how tired am I?

"Zehra... you HAVE to reconsider!" Athena begs. "I need your help! I'm alone at McDuck Manor, ad S.H.U.S.H is going to come for me soon! They already know you left, and I can't go back! PLEASE!"

I look away from my crying step sister. "Athena you're not safe here... just go back. I'm sure Scrooge will protect you... since he knew your mom."

"No, he won't he's going after Theo, and won't listen to me! I NEED YOU!" She screams out, then I see Louie turn the corner. He runs and grabs Athena's hand.

Welp, they're obviously dating... Athena would have flipped him over otherwise. 

True, just because you hold hands doesn't mean you're dating, I mean, take me and Matt for instance! Or even me and Dewey!
