"The rest of them all got smart and went into hiding." I hear Bradford tell my other self.

My head snapped up from being buried deep into my knees.

I could see what was happening, from my little bird like cage, prison.

It was like I was watching from one of those drive-in movies.

I see and hear my other self snicker.

"It'll all be fine, Bradford, darling." She cooed as she leaned on his shoulder and played with a lock of his hair.

I cringe when I see myself all over Bradford, as if we were lovers. It made me sick to my stomach.

God, I was thirteen! Bradford was like...Ancient!

"I'm good at tracking people. I'll have them all slaughtered before the sun comes up." My other self promised.

She went to lean in as if for a kiss but Bradford stopped her.

"You better." Bradford snarled. He gripped my wrists and studied me and I could almost feel like he can look and see me in here, scared and alone...

So very...

Alone.

"You sure your....Other self can't escape this time?" Bradford asked, still holding onto my wrist.

"Don't worry about her."  She said. "I know how to keep her in check."

Right? Athena?  She said to me.

"Make sure that you do." Cut in Bradford's voice. "I'd hate to have to loose my little jewel now." He told her.

"You aren't going to loose me. Ever." My other self assured him. "But... Um... While I'm doing the killing, do you mind. If -" I heard myself start to ask then stop.

Bradford raised an eyebrow.

"If what?"

"If I had a little bit of my own fun while I'm on the hunt." She said finally.

"What kind of fun?" Bradford asked.

I watch myself bat my long eyelashes at him.

"Oh...Ya' know..." She leaned in forward and whispered into his ear. I watched amazed as Bradford's face turned a bright shade of red.

"You- You are a nasty little succubus aren't you?" Bradford asked, with a chuckled.

I blinked.

What the hell was a succubus?

Was that what I really was?

"That's me." The other me said. "So.... Can I -?" She asked.

"If you can find a pour male soul for that... Be my guest." Bradford told her. "But do not stray for your mission." He told her as he slowly let go of her wrist and walk away.

"Don't worry. I won't." I hear her say.

Isn't that right. Athena?  She asked.

My lower bill quivered as images of my past abuse started to pop up all around me.

I choked back a sob and squeezed my eyes as I covered my ears. I tried blocking it all out as I rocked myself back and forth over and over again.

But that did no good with her laughter cutting into my subconscious.

You have no idea how long I wanted to do this... Athena. Theo's voice came.

God! I hate you! Came Step-mother's voice.
