Rain has been pouring down all night, mercilessly, endless streams going down canals. On the Weather Forecast they said it was only going to be like this for a few days, but it's going to be non-stop. Every time it rains like this Angel gets extremely paranoid and has nightmares that that the rivers are going to overflow, fears that he will have to get from one place to another on a gondola like they do in Venice. He is not aware of how much those things actually cost. He always fears natural disasters, like earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, but the one that got to him the most are vulcanos. Lukyo had once showed him a movie were a vulcano wiped out an entire city and had constant nightmares about it. Angel asked Glenn to list him every place that has a vulcano so that he'll know never to go there.

The movie striked a lot of fear in Lukyo's heart too, not necessarily because of the vulcano, in  the movie the lead's family was devoured by the lava, she had relived it in her dreams where it was her mother and grandmother to have died, along with her friends and other classmates. Lukyo tried to escape the lava but as she ran out the gate, she would find herself magically shifting back inside, like an infinite loop, until it surrounded her and she had nowhere to run.

Lukyo tries not to let this fear cloud her mind and cause herself to panic, but it's all she could think about today. Clenching tightly in her hand, the letter that Angel gave her, that arrived from her father, he would like to meet up with her and catch up as he stated in the letter.

She's extremely nervous, she hasn't seen her father in years, barely remembers what he looks like, is sure that her mother would be very angry.

Lukyo spent the entire morning looking in the mirror for half an hour, feeling her entire heart about to explode, scared that she may not be able to bond with her father. Mrs. Zayan told her over a hundred times that he had abandoned them. She can't even remember it but she can't possibly handle the pain another rejection.

Lukyo wrote back very neatly, that she will wait for Charlie at the Crackling CoCo coffee shop. It's always warm there, especially in Autumn and Winter. Time just doesn't fly when you want it to, her father is taking a long time to get here, she tries to distract herself by reading the types of coffees on the board and eyeing the tasty deserts behind the glass counter, especially the ones with strawberries on them.

Lukyo knew her father would recognize her once he arrives. She wore a bright red shirt so it'll easier to spot her, also a pair of black pants, put together wanting her father to know that she strongly believes everything that he's read in his book.

"If no one asks for your opinion, don't give it to them.

Unless you are asked, don't tell others your troubles.

Do not force others to do something that they don't want to do.

Do not take things that don't belong to you, unless the owner wants to rid of it.

Do not cause harm to animals and children.

If someone wrongs you, show no mercy and take revenge.

These are the rules to follow, if you have a meek soul, you don't have what it takes to become a Satanist."

Lukyo deeply thrives on the last rule, it is her favourite.

A strong chill freezes Lukyo's entire body, it's still raining cats and dogs outside. A very tall and chubby man walks in, leaving a trail of rain and mud on the floor. He closes his umbrella, revealing his face. He looks older than he really is. Lukyo can tell by the lines under his eyes that he smokes a lot.

'Wow... You look a lot like your mother. Except that she has black hair and... You're blonde. You also have the same button nose that I have.' Charlie says, his voice rough and nasal.

With sun exposure it got lighter. I used to have black hair, you would know if you ever visited. She thinks harshly to herself.

Lukyo feels really embarrassed, she doesn't really know what to say. He sits down next to her.

Charlie clears his throat. 'I'm glad you agreed to meet me.'

'You could've have visited.' Lukyo says. She didn't realize how angry really is until she saw him.

'Believe me I tried. But your mother wouldn't let me.' Charlie tells her.

Lukyo doesn't really know what to believe anymore. She tries to change the subject, fearing that if she nags him too much about it he might leave again.

'I really connect with your book... Zayan Satanism. I even got my best friend to become a Satanist, he read it and thought that it was genius.' She says, referring to Angel.

'You converted him?' Charlie says intrigued.

'No, I'm pretty sure he always has been Satanist.' Lukyo's voice diminshes, remembering that she is in a public place. 'I just told him that it has a name. He's not alone.'

Charlie coughs out in pain. It hurts his ribcage so much that it feels like it's going to fall apart. 'Satanism is not a Religion that anyone can just join simply because they like it. It's something that you have you to be fully committed to. I'm actually hosting a party on the second of November. I'm going to announce that I'm opening the Church of Satan.'

The reason why he came back was because he wants to open a Church. He said in the letter that he had a feeling I read the book, that's all he's here for.

'But you would need to register to be a part of it and it costs a hundred pounds. The reason why it costs so much is because this registration is only for people who really want, who are really devoted, because it's something they always. It's not a game or a club at school. Anyways, you can come to the party if you want. It would make me very happy.'

I thought that you came here because you wanted to see me, but you only came here because of the book. 'I don't know if I'm free. I'll have to get back to you. Where are you having the party?' Lukyo asks.

Ripples form in the feiry-coloured watered. Dawn is setting.

'In his apartment! It's not too far from here!' Lukyo says angered, whilst skipping rocks with Angel.

'Are you going?' Angel asks trying to skip a rock, the rock instead splashes and sinks down.

'No! He's just using me! All he wanted to talk about was that stupid book and Satanism!' The rock skips the water rapidly and so far away that they can't even see where it went. Splashes reach her glasses and Angel's hair.

'How are you able to tell when someone is using you?' Angel asks, using his sleeve to dry his head, feeling his brain almost freezing.

'He hasn't seen me in years. We talk for one hour and a half. He takes an interest in may hair and the shape of my nose for about ten seconds and he goes on about everything that he's accomplished and that he wants to accomplish! It's not hard to tell.' Lukyo says, feeling betrayed once again.

'Maybe he wanted to tell you all about it because he saw potential in you, maybe when you're older, possibly to inherit the Church.' Angel wanted her full attention. He blocks her hand. 'There aren't a lot of people whose eyes are opened to this reality. It's as if... This title was fated for you and you probably don't even realize it and probably was trying to show you.'

'Okay. I guess I can go to the party since I am probably fated to be a Satanist.' Lukyo smiles, mischievously.
