15 years had passed after Abby had adopted Dominic at birth and in Chicago, the day was October and at the west building of the Riverview Condos, there was a condo nearly 5,100 square feet on the 28th floor with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and it also had three balconies, two facing in the north direction and the other one facing in the south direction, the condo had a foyer, kitchen, dining room, library/living room, office and den. The master bedroom gave wonderful views of Navy Pier and Lake Michigan, the south balcony gave views of the Chicago River and the south part of the Chicago Skyline and the north balconies gave views of the north part of the Chicago Skyline.
In the living room, Abby was seen making sure everything was as her mother, Maryen was watching TV, the master bedroom, which gave great south views of Navy Pier, Lake Michigan and Lake Shore Drive was Dominic's, the bedroom closest to his was Abby's and the one next to Abby's bedroom was Maryen's as the other two bedrooms were guest rooms.
"Are you about to pick up Dominic from school?" Maryen asked Abby.
"Yes, mom and once i do that, he and i are gonna head to the studio." Abby responded.
"Ok, don't let those moms get to you and Dom."
"We won't." Abby said as she exited and got on an elevator that took her down to the lobby and she was on North Water Street and went into the parking garage, then she got into her vehicle, which is a black Cadillac Escalade and once she did that, she began driving to pick her son up from school.
Ten minutes later at Lincoln Park High School, one of the many high schools in Chicago, students were leaving since the last class of the day was dismissed and one of the students was Dominic, who was now 15 with dark brown long hair below his shoulder blades and was talking to some of his friends and then he heard a honk, which meant that Abby arrived to pick him up.
"That's my mom, i'll see you later." Dominic stated as his friends nodded he headed to his mom's vehicle and got in the front seat and gave Abby a hug. "Hello, mom."
"Hi, sweetheart. How was your day?" Abby replied as she hugged her son back.
"It was good, next stop, the studio."
"Correcto mundo." Abby told him as she began driving and the previous dancing season was Dominic's last season as and he went out on top by winning the teen soloist national title as he told Abby that it was time to pass the torch to the new breed of dancers of Abby's studio and Abby agreed.
Minutes later, Abby and Dominic arrived at a building called the Abby Lee Dance Company, which is Abby's dance studio on Chicago Avenue between Sedgwick Street and Hudson Avenue with the building being on the southwest corner of Chicago and Sedgwick that had a front entrance that led to the parking lot that had an entry/exit on Sedgwick Avenue and parked into a space that said "Reserved for Abby Lee" and on the front entrance, it had a dressing room with benches on each side, a mirror with four stools and a trash can and there was a vending machine and bathrooms that were also across from it, across from the vending machine was an office for the faculty and Abby. At the right of the front entrance/exit was Studio A, which had the ALDC Logo on the back gold wall, on the left of it was Studio B, which was painted white with a mirror and a long trampoline and also on the wall was a graffiti style ALDC logo and next to it was Studio C, which was painted red and white like Studio A, next to Studio A was a front desk and there was a door at the rear left side that led to Abby's personal office that had a desk, two sofas and a laptop, the ALDC logo was on the back wall and there were some stairs that lead upstairs to the observation room where rehearsals were watched and it had windows that could look into all three studio rooms and it had red benches aka bleachers for people to sit on and also above it was the words Abby Lee Dance Company and Chicago, my kind of studio and town!" over a photo of the Chicago Skyline and next to the steps was an entrance to a store that sold Abby Lee Dance Company merchandise. The front doors led to Chicago Avenue and the rear doors led to the parking lot.
