In Studio A that upcoming monday, Abby, Dominic, the moms and girls were all preparing for a new week.
"Let's begin by talking about DanceTroupe in Greensboro, North Carolina. That was not the group that won the national title in Lake Tahoe last season and it's quite obvious that cute still works in the Carolinas even though you won." Abby stated before looking at Kendall. "Kendall, you did your solo and were scared to death and that wasn't an Abby Lee Miller face, that was for sure."
"Abby, that was only her first time--" Jill said before Dominic cut her off.
"Jill, when we want your opinion we'll ask for it." Dominic told her, then looked to Abby. "Mom, continue."
"Thank you, Dom." Abby stated. "This weekend, we'll be going to Columbus, Ohio and you can guess who lives in Ohio."
"Candy Apples!" Chloe exclaimed, referring about a dance studio called Candy Apples Dance Center, located in Canton and run by a woman named Cathy Nesbitt-Stein, waving her hands and doing a cheer while Abby and Dominic tried not to laugh.
"We're going there and they'll be at the competition." Dominic told them as Christi stuck her tongue out jokingly. "Moms, remember this, you're all on the same team so we do not want to hear any squabbling and we're gonna take a huge bite out of that big apple."
The girls all laughed.
"And for those of you wondering what a rat and a snood is, the rat hair is a pin up like hairstyle, believe me, i've seen it in photos and the snood is a traditionally female headgear that is made to hold the hair in a yarn bag or cloth." Dominic explained.
"You heard it from my son on what the rat and snood is. The minute you head onstage for that competition, you'd better be on fire like the Chicago Bulls when they're on a hot streak making a lot of shots and Brooke, you'll be doing a solo called Garden Of Eden since Cathy entered a girl your age, so i want you to make apple sauce out of her, freak that kid out and i want her in tears before she hits that stage."
Brooke nodded.
"All right, Candy Apples-apple sauce, squish 'em." Dominic stated as the girls made squishing motions and the moms laughed while Abby was trying not to laugh herself. "Moms, you can head out and girls, start warming up."
Melissa, Christi, Kelly, Holly and Jill headed up to the observation room while the girls began warming up.
"What was your thoughts on your first pyramid?" Holly asked Jill.
"Well, i didn't know what to expect. I really didn't think she'd be on the lower row." Jill responded.
"You're new here, Jill." Christi said.
"Yeah, it's gonna take time." Kelly added.
"I know, but i believe that was a lot of pressure on My Little Kendall."
"We've been dealing with Abby for a long time. So get used to the lower row." Melissa stated as they watched the rehearsal of the group named Bad Apples, minutes later Dominic came upstairs and the moms greeted him.
"Jill, since it's gonna be your first time seeing how we deal with Cathy, mom had me come up and show you a picture of how Cathy looks like." Dominic pulled out his phone and in the picture was a short haired blonde woman with gray eyes around 52, the woman in the photo was Cathy and next to her was a girl around 7 with brown hair and brown eyes named Vivi-Anne Stein and she's Cathy's daughter.
"Cathy looks like somebody that was born in a mental hospital." Jill said.
"We could tell you stories." Holly told Jill
