Dorian Gray (jealousy)

Mina stood next to you while the league was at sea on a mission. You insisted on joining them, the others didn't see why you couldn't, and after all you were very smart and very good at making plans. You smiled at the memory of you telling them a plan of action during a mission and it left them in complete shock, it was safe to say you were a genius. Dorian always said how clever you were at it, you had been together for sometime now and you couldn't be happier. But your relationship with Dorian made Mina a bit angry, or jealous at times.

"Why are you dating Dorian? He may be a nice man to you but he is still an idiot. I can't stand his bragging or even his pathetic comments." Mina said disgustedly. You shook your head "Dorian may be that way Mina but he is a good man at heart, he can be a bit of a child sometimes but it's his way of being funny." You said, defending your boyfriend. Mina scoffed. "Oh really? His way of being funny? I think it's just obnoxious, completely absurd, very childlike."

"Come on Mina, don't be so rude about this. I know you and Dorian had a bit of a past but that doesn't mean you can take it out on me. I can handle him just fine. And you should stop thinking about that past, just show him respect for once. You don't have to like him." You said. Mina was shocked at what you had just said to her, you really had a way with words.

She sighed "alright I'll think on it, but for now I'm still crossed with the two of you." Mina excused herself and went inside. Leaving you on the decks alone. You told yourself to give it some time, hoping she would come to terms. But knowing Mina Harker it's not always easy.
