"Minho! Shut up!" Yeona screams out
Luckily for her, the store is empty other than her co-workers and Jonghyun, whose laughter she can hear echo throughout the store as she yells out. She can feel her cheeks redden with embarrassment, and she looks down the aisle to see the three men in conversation. She stays post behind the counter, where she is barely able to overhear them talking.
The three men walk back up towards the front of the store, and Yeona stays politely still, not wanting to act out, as much as her inner self is telling her to yell at Minho again.
"It was lovely to meet you both." Jonghyun says to the other two, bowing as he speaks
"Back at you, hyung. Yeona should bring you in more often." Minho replies
Yeona just groans, causing the three men to laugh at her again, Jonghyun's eyes glisten as he looks over at the girl he is falling for.
"What time do you finish, Jagi?" he asks
"Four." she replies
"I'll be here then." he says
Yeona opens her mouth to protest, but Jonghyun shakes his head, causing her to quiet. He smiles at her once more, before turning to leave the store.
"He's lovely, Yeona. You're very lucky." Jinki says
"I think so, too." Yeona sighs dreamily.
"It's definitely luck for you, and not for him." Minho teases
"Jinki-nim, could you close your eyes while I punch your boyfriend, please?" Yeona asks

Jonghyun opens the door for Yeona to step out of the car, parked near the entrance to the amusement park, he takes her hand and leads them both towards the entrance. He holds his phone out for the worker at the gate to scan their tickets from, and they are each given an all-access wristband before they enter.
The smell of street-food wafts through the air as they take in their surroundings, music blares over speakers, and multicoloured lights hang from every stall around them. Up ahead they can see the rides, rollercoasters, a Ferris Wheel, and rows of carnival games as well.
"Are you hungry?" Jonghyun asks
"A little, are you?" Yeona replies
"I am, but maybe we go on a ride first? I don't want to be sick." Jonghyun suggests
Yeona laughs, realising she is maybe the braver of the two. She loves adrenaline, and her only great memories of her childhood are of her Aunt taking her to amusement parks not much different from the one that her and Jonghyun are at now. She takes the lead this time, and walks them down towards the rollercoaster that looms over ahead.
"Are you sure you want to go on this one?" Jonghyun asks tentatively
"Scared, Jjong?" Yeona teases
"No way, let's go!" Jonghyun replies
She sees right through him, feigning his bravery, as they show their wristband to the staff member and are let through. Yeona feels Jonghyun's grip on her hand tighten as the line slowly creeps forward and they get closer to taking their turn on the ride.
"Two people?" a worker asks them
"Yes, thank you." Yeona replies
The worker gestures for them to take the two seats at the front of the ride, and the colour drains from Jonghyun's face. Yeona squeezes his hand as they sit down, and he turns to face her. She smiles at him, and sees his shoulders relax just a little bit, comforted by her presence. Their seatbelts are checked, and the staff members wave them off as the ride begins.
