A Sequel To "Eternity"~ While She Was Sleeping.

Chapter One~The Blizzard.

Ten years had passed and my life was more amazing than I had every imagined it ever would be. I was married, a mother and a teacher. Nothing could've been more perfect. I married my childhood best friend Joe in 2019. It was a glorious summer's day in July. We got married in Chatsworth House. Zoe and Niomi were my bridesmaids, my eldest daughter was my flower girl and Joe had Caspar and Alfie as his best men. It was a very emotional day. I had my first child, Grace Elizabeth ("Gracie") in 2016. She took more after Joe with the same hair and eye colour. She is now eight years old and enjoys playing pranks on me with Joe. Two years later  I gave birth to our little boy, Samuel Joseph ("Sam"). He had dark hair like me but Joe's eyes. He is obsessed with all things superhero and has been since he was three. As soon as he gets home from school he gets into a superhero costume, recently he's been wearing his Thor one. He's now six. Finally I had Christina Rose ("Chrissy") in 2021. She resembles me a lot. She is now three and loves everything Disney related. She also loves reading. Joe and I are so proud of them.

Teaching children with disabilities gave me so much joy. It was of course challenging at times, like any other job, but I loved every minute of it. I worked with the children ages 3-11. They were so inspiring. At home I have a folder with all their letters, drawings and things like that for me. Joe is still doing Youtube. We also have a dog. It's a white Cockapoo named Benji. He's absolutely adorable and the kids love him to pieces. Alfie is the best uncle for the children in the world. Zoe and Poppy are the best aunties. They come round with chocolate and board games and the children love it. Alfie is especially close to Sam. Zoe, Poppy and the girls are very close. Our YouTube friends are also really good with the children. We got them all christened and we went overboard with the godparents. Caspar, Marcus and Niomi are Gracie's godparents, Jim, Tanya and Chai are Chrissy's and Dan, Phil and Louise are Sam's. That was a long christening. They all spoiled them on their birthdays and Christmas.

It was a snowy February day when everything went wrong. I was driving home from a very long day at work and a blanket of snow was hitting the car window at great force. I had my boyband playlist playing quite loudly and I was singing along to it, rather badly. I took great care as usual while driving whilst thinking about what to do for dinner, I was thinking about having a Mexican night, Gracie's favourite. I stopped at the junction, checking three times if it was clear before driving forward. Next thing I saw was blinding lights rushed towards the side me and I heard a piercing, frightened scream escape my mouth. An out of control lorry was speeding towards me before hitting my side. I felt a sudden appearance of excruciating pain before everything went black...
