The Amazing Girl (Attack on Titan)

"Section Commander," Armin said, we had arrived back inside the walls and were back in the base. We walked towards Hange, "Armin, Jenny, is there a problem?" they asked us. I shook my head, "well not a problem exactly, we just have some information that may help in your research" I said, Hange nodded, "go on" they said. 

I explained to them what had been happening to me and then Armin and I went back and forth on our theories, we even included a theory on how Eren may have been the one to call the titans to Reiner. Hange nodded along, "we actually do have a theory about this, in your absence, a small team headed to Connie's village and investigated what he had seen there. What you have experienced, Jenny, supports our hypothesis, will you go find Connie, and the three of us will go and talk to the Commander," Hange said, I nodded. Armin and I walked away, I grabbed Connie and headed back to Hange.

"Good, you're both here, Connie we did send a team to your village," Hange started, "here, we were able to pick this up" she handed Connie a photograph of his parents. He grabbed it, "thank you, captain," he said. "You're welcome Connie, now, I wanted to tell you both our theory we have had about the titans, all the events of the past couple of days supports our theory that titans come from humans," Hange paused

Connie and I both took a deep breath in, my eyes went wide, "The disappearance of the people of your village Connie and the appearance of titans support it, as well as you Jenny, your ability to see not only into the titan shifters minds but into regular titans minds as well, supports our theory, it shows us that titans do have some kind of brain" I nodded along, "now keep in mind we don't know how humans become titans or why they do we just believe that they do for some reason, we also do not know why titans eat people, we are hoping to learn that someday" Hange continued. At that moment it hit me, I was killing people, not monsters, people. Connie and I both had wide eyes, Hange took a deep breath in, "now, let's go and speak with the captain" 

I took a deep breath in as we walked towards the captain's quarters. He had been injured, I knew he had no right arm anymore. Hange knocked on the door, "Come in" I heard a voice say, it sounded like Captian Levi's. We went inside, Captian Levi was sitting next to the window looking out, there was another person sitting on the other side of Commander Erwin, I didn't know who he was. He turned to face us. "Sorry to intrude, Commander Pyxis, glad we caught you," Hange explained why we were there and that we had evidence to support their theory, "This is Connie Springer and Jenny Zhonya, Connie Springer is from Ragako, and Jenny Zhonya is from Shigashina, they both have corroborated valuable pieces of evidence that supports our hypothesis"

Connie went first and told them about the titan we saw in his village. Hange added that the wall had been plugged and that there was no way of new titans getting in or out. Then I went and told them about the memories I had seen from regular titans and titan shifters. I told them about the titan that attacked Armin, Jean, and me. Erwin stared at us, taking in every word we said. Levi stared at us, his eyes getting wider the more we spoke.  

"You're saying, that the titans responsible for this were the citizens of Ragako?" Commander Pyxis asked, I nodded, so did Hange

"I see, so, in actuality, titans are human beings," Commander Erwin reinforced. 

 "Well, we don't have proof yet," Hange said, even if all the evidence points to it.

"Great, perfect," Levi said, "I've spent all this time, all this energy, turns out the things I have been carving through like carrion were people" I took a deep inhale, I had come to the same conclusion minutes before. I was sitting with it, I didn't like how it felt, knowing I've killed people. 

"Look," Hange stated, "we don't know for certainty" with that the conversation was over. We left the room and headed back down to rejoin everyone else. I headed into the girl's quarters and changed out of my scout uniform. I put on a white button-up shirt and a long brown skirt, I decided to keep my hair down as I figured I wouldn't be doing any fighting today. I walked around until I found Eren, Jean, Mikasa, and Armin all standing together talking.
