*Sorry another short chapter...but its building up*
I felt pretty bad about my actions, why can't this just be dropped....yes Stacey should never of started on Lucy I had already pre-arranged to meet up with Chloe....why should I care. I have tried to get to know Lucy after all let's get this right she is the one tolerating me!!
Asher had given me a right bollocking at that party when we was on our own, full of attitude. Do you know what that feels like to be told that you are being "tolerated" like you are some sort of pest who the f**k did Lucy think she was? I had girls and older women offering themselves to me and she is f*****g tolerating me?
Lucy must be really into this Tyler, what 18 year old girl doesn't go to a party with her two best friends. I thought about me and Sarah, Sarah stayed by my side, I would go and meet the lads and be out for a couple of hours whilst Sarah would go to my house and wait for me to return. I would normally find her asleep in my bed wearing one of my T-shirts...... well that was until about three months before our relationship ended.
I have never seen Lucy outside of school well apart from the time I saw her at View Point and even then I made a mug of myself by asking her to that party, following her back to her car to catch her on her own and she pies my off by not coming.....oh wait Tyler...maybe Tyler lives in a different area and she travels to spend the weekend with him?
Jahmal and Ant was seeing a lot of Asher and Lourdes. I kind of kept a low profile inside and outside of school. That f*****g cut deep "tolerates me". I wasn't going to be mugged of anymore.
I kind of blanked Lucy when I did see her in the lessons that I did have with her. When I sat with the others at lunch I made sure that I was at the other end of the table not like before when I would purposely sit opposite her. She was just the same, polite, interacting with the chat and banter and would always acknowledge me. I don't know if it was the position that I was sitting in but I caught her a few times looking over in my direction giving me a small smile, I would look away not even smiling back, I could feel my face was taunt, that's what "tolerating me" looks like I told myself.
On Thursday Terry Goldsmith came over to our table at lunch time and invited us to a party at his on Friday, he had a free house.
Whilst the lads was up for it I wasn't.
"Yes Bro count us all in " Perry says fist pumping Terry.
"Craig fancy a set on the 1's and 2's? I know it's short notice but I only found out today I had a free house" Terry asks Craig.
"Yeah man course....thought you'd never ask" Craig laughs.
"Wicked yes bro you know it's gonna be proper banging with you on the decks" Terry laughs.
"Sound....yes bruv well up for that" Craig says and continues
"I've recently pick up some proper bangin old skool vintage vinyl I can drop".
"Top man......and of course you lovely ladies are all welcome" Terry says looking directly at Lucy.
I clock her and she is blushing? I see her shift her eyes over to me....what the f**k I pull a face at her and cock my eyebrows and motion my hand ....what does she want me to do....say.....she can take her f*****g boyfriend Tyler for all I care. There is no way I'm going to ask her.
I decided to play my cards close to my chest and pull out at the last minute, otherwise I'd only get talked into going and I wasn't in the right frame of mind at the moment.
We all left the food hall all going different directions except me and Perry.
"Spenc.....what' going on with you?" Perry asks.
"Nothing man" I reply.
"Nah not buying this" Perry says pushing me to talk more.
"Just the trial....you know" I reply.
"You sure.....nothing to do with Lucy?" Perry presses me.
"Nah man, over that one....anyway she's out of bounds" I laugh.
"Cool....so Friday it is....heard there are girls going from Dancourt Private School....sure you can hook up with some posh p***y" Perrys laughs.
"Dancourt girls huh....they will be lining up for the Jackson charm" I laugh styling it out as as I lied to him.
