Misunderstandings And The F**K Boy

I had kind of avoided Lucy most of the week but I was still drawn to her.  I had seen her around school but there had been no direct contact.  As much as I wanted  to reach out to her I knew not to text or call.  I don't think I could have dealt with it if she didn't respond and I couldn't be mugged off again.  I couldn't work her out and I can always work a girl out.  I knew she had seen me looking at her but she never interacted with me, never gave me a inkling whatsoever, she confused me.

I had kept out the way at lunch time most of that week, I didn't want to f**k things up for Jahmal and Ant to be fair they had wanted to get to know Asher and Lourdes and they needed to do it without any dramas or atmosphere.  When I did finally sit with them for lunch I purposely sat opposite her. I couldn't stop looking at her, I don't know what had come over me I had a pure want for her.  

After she finally engaged in conversation with me she seemed to relax a bit, I suppose things had been a bit intense and we had not of had the nicest of text message exchanges with each other.  She seemed fine in our group environment, laughing, smiling and interacting in the conversation.  I wanted to ask her to Craig's party tomorrow night but decided against, it wasn't the right place to ask and it may come across too heavy.

After school I headed home, shower get changed and head over to Perry's.  We chill and bang out a bit of FIFA and chat in-between matches when the lads group WhatsApp went off......I was in a game when Perry said

"Spenc....... Spenc......SPENCER......F**K SAKE Spenc.......come you need to see this".

"What.........F*** SAKE MAN......I just concede a goal......" I literally screamed at Perry.

"Check your WhatsApp bro" he laughed at me.

I grab my phone and jump on the lads group chat, Craig had sent a picture of them all together with the message

"Look who we bumped into 😊"

They all knew I had a "thing" for Lucy but it was never spoken about but they all knew.  We knew they was was heading to viewpoint for a kick about but me and Perry had passed on going, they must of bumped into the girls.

"Sooooo you want to continue banging out a FIFA or we heading to meet the others" Perry asks and laughs at me.

Perry drives us to viewpoint and we are there within like 20 minutes of that WhatsApp message being received.  When we meet them all  I sit opposite Lucy.  I couldn't help but look at her she was just so naturally pretty.  She seemed ignorant to me looking at her but to be fair it was relaxed and chilled vibe we all had going on.  When she went to leave I felt my stomach kick in, watching her walk away I knew I had to seize the moment and catch her on her own.

She never gave nothing away when I spoke to her the timing felt right so I asked her to Craig's party but she kind of left her answer open.....was she coming or not? Asher and Lourdes was definitely coming and you know girls they never want to miss out on anything.  I was pretty sure she would be there.

I saw Lucy briefly on Friday just in the corridor she didn't join the others at lunch.  I wanted to ask Asher where she was but didn't want to come across desperate.

Tonight my sights was set on Lucy.  She looked so carefree in that selfie, it made me want her even more.  I kept zooming in on the picture, what the actual f**k was going on with me? How had she gotten under my skin, was it the chase? Knowing she wasn't like the others well that was certainly the impression I got?

I'll show Lucy tonight when she comes to Craig's party she will soon see what can be hers.  It's fair to say I am pretty infatuated with this girl like genuine and it kind of done me in a bit as I knew nothing about her, not really.
