Tough Love

Chapter 17

Rebecca pov

Colby and I just got out of a meeting with vince. He wants us to do a on-screen storyline and I'm not so sure how I feel about this. I didn't want this to happen if I'm being honest. Colby and I are walking down the hall. He puts his hand in mine. We walk down the hall and we find a crate.I sit down on it; Colby stands in front of my,our hands still intertwined. 

"what do you think?" He asks me silently. I almost didn't hear him. I remind silent for a few moments before answering. 

"I'm not sure what to think,Lopez." I say rubbing my hair back with the hands hes not holding. I let out a loud sigh. Obvisly frustrated and poor Colby was here to see it happen. "This is why I didn't want anybody in this fucking company to know about us. Because of this. They'll shove us in a storyline thats going to be shitty and people are going to hate us." I release my hand from his and stand up; pacing. Colby watches me  not saying a word. That only makes me more mad, "Can you say something  instead of being mute!" 

He's taken back by outburst I can tell by the way his facial expression changed. His eyes burst out of his head. I instantly feel bad.He didn't deserve to be yelled at like that. Walking over to him, My arms wrap arounf his waist and my face nuzzles in his chest. He kisses the top of my hair. 

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell at you. It's just you were here and well..." He wraps his arms around my waist and his hands reach my butt. I let out a soft Chuckle. He shushes me to be quiet. "Colby I'm trying to apoligize." I say muffled in his chest. 

"You really want to ruin this moment?" He says looking down at me with a smile. I go back in his chest. This man really knows how to calm me down. "Now lets talk about this,without Yelling." He says not letting me go. 

"What do you think we should do ,Love?"  I say into his chest. 

"I want to do it but I'm nervous to do it. As you said most couple storylines aside from Nikki and Johns ended up in shit." He says lifting my head from his chest. 

"I don't know Colby. Creative always fucks good storylines lines up. You know this." He nods his head. 

"Then lets make our own storyline." He says making me give him a questionable look. 

"what do you mean do our own Storyline?" I ask very unsure of what his answer is about to be.

"We pitch ideas to creative along with stephanie and Paul (triple H). Obvisly they'll put there imput in as well but If it's something were comtorable with doing then we don't do it. At the end of the day they're not gonna do it if were comtorable with doing it.  You know that,Becks." 

He's right. I take a deep breathe. 

"Okay I like that idea." I say thinking it though. He wraps his arms around my Waist pulling me closer to him. I lay my head on his chest listening to his heart breat. It's the best sound in the word. Besides his voice and laugh. I look up and smile at him. He goes to lean down and right before the his peach lips touch mine a scream catches both our attention. We turn around see Both Joe and Ashley walking down the hallway. We turn around and pull away from our embrace. 

"sorry did we interuppt something?" Joe says. Both Colbs and I shake our heads. 

"Ok. Well in that case we have to go get ready!." Ashley says grabbing my hand and pull away from my lover.  Roman looks at Colby and pulls his arm. 

"Yeah what she said." Roman says. I giggle. 

Colby pov

Before our matches Becks and I  go pitch what we think a good storyline is. I have a storyline going on with Thomas (baron) and Becks with Macey(lacey) we thought we should merge the two somehow. Thats where creative comes in. They all begin to shout out ideas that arent good. One of them said that Macey could kiss me and that could start a fued but Becks wasn't having it. And she let them know.

"Listen up! I'm only saying this once so you better pay attention. There is no way in hell am I allowing a southern bleach blonded woman kiss my man and if she does  which she wont, It won't be Becky Lynch out there kicking her ass. No it'll be Rebecca Quin out there handing her ass to her. And I'm sure nobody wants to see that. I'm pretty sure Vince wouldn't that. Do I make myself clear?" They all looked at the Irish Red head with fear in there eyes. I covered my mouth so they didn't know I was about to burst out in laughter. Because of there faces. Then they go back to pitching ideas. 

I stand behind her and lean down to her ear. 

"that was kinda hot." I say making her blush. I feel like it's my life mission to make her blush. I has to be because I make her blush on the daily. I find it so cute.

 She playfully elbows me cause me to chuckle. After minutes of pitching ideas we hear one that we like. So since our stomping grounds matches are Becky vs Lacey. So there match is staying the same. For mine though it's changed drastically. 

This week were adding a stipulation to my match. Baron gets to pick the offical and we wont know how it is. (But it'll be lacey). I'll go by taking out every offical who agrees to be a ref for him. He'll pick lacey knowing I can't hit a girl. She do slow counts and all that jazz.  The some where doing our match she'll hit me,I'm sure yet but I'm sure they'll let me know, When she hits me Becks will come out and attack her. Thats a good twist on the norm. Typically the guy saves the girl but instead it's swtiched. Rebecca really liked that idea and I did too. So it's settled I guess were really going to have a storyline together. Lets just hope this does backfire because it damn sure could.
