Only Time Will Tell(Toni x Janet)

In a world where everyone was obsessed with finding their perfect mate, there were two friends who hated the very idea of being with someone for life. Janet and Toni had met as children in school and immediately sparked a friendship. The two did everything together, they even went to the same college, pledged the same sorority and were roommates for all four years. Janet went on to become one of the leading neurosurgeons in the United States and Toni went on to become a successful Ob-Gyn/Midwife who specialized in working with women with fertility issues. Both women loved their profession and were happy with their decisions. The best friends' love life was something different. You would think with their success there would be men falling at their feet. That wasn't the case at all.

Both women had dated different people during. Janet being bisexual dated a plethora of men and women. Toni stuck to men but secretly always wanted to date a woman. She saw how Janet was when she was with a woman and it was something she wanted to experience.

But back to the issue of everyone wanting to find the perfect mate. Janet and Toni felt that they didn't have perfect mates. Everyone that they had dated never worked out. The best friends were now pushing thirty five and had never been in a relationship that lasted more than a year. Matter of fact the longest relationship either had was with each other. Their friendship was stronger than ever. This was not something their families missed, often when gathered together their family members questioned why they weren't together. Everyone but them saw them as the perfect couple. Their response was always the same, "Only time will tell."

One night after spending happy hour at the local bar with friends Janet ended up going home with Toni. They both sat on Toni's couch talking about their lives and where they thought they were going.

"I've never been deeply in love with anyone. I always wondered why?" Janet stated out of the blue.

"Me either. I used to think I was in love with you because I would get so jealous of the people you were with."

"I know I love you." Janet turned to look in Toni's eyes. Toni's eyes full of surprise.

"Yeah right Jan, you love me in a friendly way."

"No, Tone. I love you." Janet emphasized the last three words. "I always have but I never thought I would ever confess it to you."

Toni looked in her eyes and saw something she had never seen before. Something Janet always hid when she was in Toni's presence. It was the look she had wanted to see in her best friends eyes for years. Janet really did love her. Toni reached over to Janet and grabbed her hand kissing the back of it as she watched a mix of emotions play across her face. The final look Toni saw in her eyes was one of realization.

They moved closer to each other and embraced. Janet made the first move taking Toni's head in her hands and pressing her lips to her best friend's soft pink ones. Toni reciprocated the kiss and quickly deepened it loving the feel of Janet's lips. Their lips moved sensuously against each others'. Janet slowly moved her lips down Toni's neck trying to find that spot that would cause a flood in Toni's panties. When Toni moaned out as Janet kissed the spot directly below her right earlobe Janet knew she had found what she was looking for. She continued to lick and kiss the spot making Toni pull her closer. They were at a point where the only way they could be closer was with their clothes off.

Janet pulled back and searched Toni's eyes. "Are you sure about this?" she asked Toni.

"This is the only other thing I've been sure about since deciding to go to medical school. Kiss me."

Toni pulled her back in for another kiss just as intense and passionate as the first one. Janet removed Toni's blouse as they kissed. She kissed her neck finding her spot again and moved her lips down to kiss her collarbone and on her chest leaving love marks. Toni pulled back to remove Janet's shirt. She was in awe of her best friend's body. Janet has nice C cup breast with a flat toned stomach that Toni used her hands and mouth to explore.
