"Castle, can I speak to you over here for a second?" The detective closed her notepad and quickly rushed to behind the nearest dumpster, her writer following shortly after her.

Lanie looked in the direction the couple headed to, her senses tell her there was something up with the detective, and she for one didn't like the feeling.

Kate braced her body against the tin as Castle wrapped his hand around her hair, holding it back from falling into her face. Her stomach released all content, the air around them instantly filling with the mocking sound.

"Where's Beckett?" Javi spoke when he arrived next to Lanie.

"Uh, she is over there with Castle." she pointed with her pen in the direction of the hidden detective and the halfway exposed writer.

"What are they doing?" He raised his eye brow at the two before looking to the medical examiner.

She shrugged her shoulders and began to glance over the body in front of her.

"Javi," he hispanic detectives attention was locked on the scene near the dumpster "Javi?"

"Yea yea?"

"Do your job, those two will meet you back at the precinct."

He nodded as the Irish detective showed his face next to his partner.

"Yo bro lets get back and fix up the board before Beckett and castle get back okay?" He nudged the chest of the blue eyed man before walking off in the direction of his squad car, Ryan tagging behind him.

As Kate wiped her lips, the writers free hand came to draw small circles around her lower back. The calming motion allowed the detective to relax for a small amount of time before the next wave of nausea hit.

Lanie left the body where it lay, it wasn't going any where, and made her way toward the pair.

"Kate, Lanie is coming." The brunette lifted her head and ran her hand threw her hair.

"Girl what's wrong with you?" Her voice was demanding, she knew what was happening.

"Nothing I'm fine," lie.

The M.E rolled her eyes as she propped her body up against the green bin as her best friend avoided the pressuring eye contact.

"You're pregnant." Lanie stated, because questioning was out of the picture.

Kate's cheeks lite up like a light bulb, her hand immediately went to her lips as another wave hit her. She bent over in force as the bile escaped from her lips.

"I take that as my answer. How far are you?"

Castle looked to his lover and smiled, a reassuring smile that told the detective that he was about to answer.

"We just found out. We have an appointment for the doctors Wednesday."

Lanie nodded as she placed her hand on Kate's back, silently telling her all that was spoken would be kept a secret.

"Imma go and wrap up the file on this body, Castle take her back to the precinct and give her some water."

The writer smiled to his lovers bestfriend before looking down to Kate as she began to stand up straight again.

"I'm fine, I just need water. There is some in the car. Come on." She began the journey to the car, Lanie drifted off back to the scene while castle strutted along side his muse.

When the day decided to come to a close, both Castle and Beckett walked through the door of the loft, smiling brighter than diamonds.

The case had gone no where, leaving the whole team devastated. Ryan had called Jenny and asked about Sarah Grace frequently throughout the day, as a reminder that she was safe. After learning the back ground of the nineteen year old victim all who had children called to be reassured of their still breathing presences, including Victoria Gates. Kate had in fact placed her hand upon her stomach multiple times during the day, along with the muscular hands of the writer.

Castle popped a bag of popcorn into the microwave, and opened the fridge to grab a set of water bottles for him and Kate.

"Here you go." he passed the sealed bottled to the brunette.

"Thanks castle, so what do you have planned for tonight?"

He gave her a oblivious glance.

"Watching a movie or two."

She smiled at his shameless reaction, she knew if popcorn was involved there was surly be a movie but her question was about what the two had planned for the next hour or so, she meant tonight tonight.

She flared her eyebrows at his sending him a wave of confusion.

"What's that look... oh you meant tonight as in when we go to bed. Ah detective, well you see if I tell you now I'm pretty sure we won't make it to the movies."

He smirked at her as his feet lead him to stand between her slightly spread legs. He leaned in, within inches of her face, his nose brushed hers and their lips almost touched. The loud screeching of the microwave sent the writer flying back in full alarm.

"Oh my god! That scared the hell out of me." Kate threw her head back in silent laughter as she stood to her feet.

She followed the writers path into the kitchen where he was retrieving the popcorn. she waited for his body to spin around to face her before she closed in on him.

"I think I have an idea as to how you can get rid of those scared emotions." She cupped him in her hand, making him loose his grip on the closed bag.

He jumped at the invitation to grind her against the counter, he flipped their position as his lips connected to hers.

"Oh really detective, well I'd like to see those ideas." His voice turned into a flare of husky.

The fire between their lips continued as the layer of jackets fell in a pile on the floor.

"How about we skip these movies, I'm not really in that mood." She smirked as his hands and lifted her up onto the counter.

"More than happy too."

He kissed her again, this time his hands came to undo the double button work shirt. He grunted onto her lips in frustration when the button refused to cooperate.

"Double button huh?"

Kate let a little giggle escape her lips and the writer tore into the buttons on the shirt, exposing her bare stomach.

He kissed the spot below her belly button, leaving little love bits in the trail of his kisses.

Kate moan as each kiss lead to another, her teeth tucked her lips under them as a release of the feelings vibrating into her veins.

"Rick" he kissed up her stomach, coming to a halt at the scar, the one that nearly ripped her from his grips.

"I love you Kate."

He kissed his way to her lips, enjoying the taste of her tan completion.

"And I love you. Now if you could just hurry up the process please,"she paused to give him a lustful glare "kitten."

She looked into his eyes, he smiled as he realized the eagerness showing behind the brown orbs.

"My pleasure, babe."
