Kaitlynn was still in her cell when Bones came in. "Kirk, we have a problem" he says.

"Bones what is it?" Kirk asks.

"At least 15 of our men have been killed throughout this week so either Kaitlynn managed to sneak out of the cryocell or someone broke in" Bones says. Kirk looked at Kaitlynn and she shrugged her shoulders. Kirk looked back at Bones and he said "Alright send out guards to find out what's going on"

Bones nodded his head and he left the main control room. Kirk looked at Kaitlynn, walked over to her and he said "I really hope you're not doing this, Kait"

"And what if I was?" Kaitlynn asked. "If you killed me, your pregnant baby sister, you'd be condemned yourself, James"

Kirk didn't say anything. Kaitlynn sighed and she said "I'm guessing I'm heading back to earth, then?"

"Yeah" Kirk agreed. "I'm sorry Kait-"

"Don't start." Kaitlynn snapped at her brother. "I don't want to hear any apologies you have."

Kirk stayed silent as Kaitlynn turned her back to her brother.

Two guards made their usual route around the ship and walked around the ship until they were hit with a phaser. They fell to the ground emotionless and Khan stood above them. He says simply "Sorry, but I have to restore order"

Then he runs off.
