Who is John Harrison?

After an hour Jim approached Harrison, who was still in his cell and then he said ''Why is there a man in that torpedo?''

''There are men and women in all those torpedoes, Captain. I put them there.''Harrison said.

Jim looked at Spock then at Harrison and he asked ''Who the hell are you?''

Harrison looked off at the distance, locking eyes with Kaitlynn as he says ''A remnant of a time long past. Genetically engineered to be superior so as to lead others to peace in a world at war. But we were condemned as criminals, forced into exile. For centuries we slept, hoping when we awoke things would be different.''

Then Harrison looked at Spock as he says ''But as a result of the destruction of Vulcan your Starfleet begun to aggressively search distant quadrants of space. My ship was found adrift.''

Then he looked at Jim and he said ''I alone was revived.''

''I looked up 'John Harrison'. Until a year ago he didn't exist.'' Jim said.

''John Harrison was a fiction created the moment I was awoken by your Admiral Marcus to help him advance his cause, a smokescreen to conceal my true identity. My name is... KHAN''

Kaitlynn swallowed a hard lump in her throat. Now she knew his name.

Jim then says ''Why would a Starfleet admiral ask a three-hundred-year-old frozen man for help?''

Khan was standing at this point and he said ''Because I am better.''

''At what?'' Jim asked sternly.

''Everything.'' Khan said sternly. ''Alexander Marcus needed to respond to an uncivilized threat in a civilized time, and for that, he needed a warrior's mind - my mind - to design weapons and warships.''

Spock intervens by saying ''You are suggesting the Admiral violated every regulation he vowed to uphold, simply because he wanted to exploit your intellect.''

''He wanted to exploit my savagery.'' Khan said as he walked infront of Sock. '' Intellect alone is useless in a fight, Mr. Spock. You, you can't even break a rule -how can you be expected to break bone?''

Then he faced Jim and he said ''Marcus used me to design weapons. To help him realize his vision of a militarized Starfleet. He sent you to use those weapons, to fire my torpedoes on an unsuspecting planet, and then he purposely crippled your ship in enemy space, leading to one inevitable outcome; the Klingons would come searching for whoever was responsible, and you would have no chance of escape. Marcus would finally have the war he talked about, the war he always wanted.''

Kaitlynn somehow believed every single word Khan had said. Then Jim said ''No. No. I watched you open fire in a room full of unarmed Starfleet officers. You killed them in cold blood.''

Kaitlynn saw Khan looking down and away in sadness and anger as he said ''Marcus took my crew from me!''

Jim shouted ''You are a murderer!''

Khan was looking away as he said ''He used my friends to control me. I tried to smuggle them to safety by concealing them in the very weapons I have designed. But I was discovered. I had no choice but to escape alone. And when I did, I had every reason to suspect that Marcus had killed every single one of the people I hold most dear.''

Then fell a single tear from Khan's eye. Then he said ''So I responded in kind.''

Then Khan faced Jim and Spock and he said ''My crew is my family, Kirk. Is there anything you would not do for your family?''

Later that night Kaitlynn laid awake in her bed. Everything that happened today was all too much to handle. Then she gave up sleep. She sat up and walked throughout the ship. She entered the main control room, the ship being on autodrive. She ran her fingers through her hair as she yawn. Then she saw out of the corner of her eye Khan just sitting. Khan looked at Kaitlynn and Kaitlynn looked at Khan. ''I presume you heard everything I said'' he said.

''I was in the room, Khan'' Kaitlynn said. ''You were staring at me for most of it''

''Do you believe me?'' Khan asked.

Kaitlynn sighed. She heard all about Alexander Marcus from an uncle of hers who used to work for him. From what her uncle said, Marcus was a dick. But was he a monster? She didn't know until Khan came onto the ship. So she looked at Khan and said ''Truthfully? Yes I do''

Khan kept his eyes locked on Kaitlynn's body, observing every inch of her body frame as she walked closer to the door. She traced her finger along the glass then looked at Khan as she said ''I never thought you'd be a man genetically engineered peacekeeper who kills for revenge''

Khan stands up and walks up to the glass as well and he faces Kaitlynn. They look into each other's eyes and he said ''Marcus needs to be eliminated.''

Kaitlynn smirked and she said ''Yeah well you might not get far with my brother as Captain''

''Someone sounds worried'' Khan said.

''I'm not worried. I'm just giving you advice'' Kaitlynn said with a shrug of her shoulders.

''Why give me advice?'' Khan asked.

Kaitlynn looked dead at Khan and she said ''Why not?''

Then she smirked at Khan and she walked away from him and went back to her room. Khan observed her movements and he thought to himself ''What an odd creature... I like her''

Then he smirked to himself and then sat down.

Sorry guys I'm making this story as long as I can. This story might be over a few month time period depending on what I decide to go with this story.
