"You really think it'll go as planned? I'm sca... no, just nervous." Grim stated with a terrifying feeling.

They were currently outside the mine, starting to get the plan in motion.

Because if they didn't, Mayumi would have started insulting them.

"Of course~ I won't let anything happen to any of you." Mayumi reassured Grim as she gave him a hug.

"I promise"

"You're too stiff. Just go with the flow. Let's get this over with!" Ace gave them a smile, comforting both Grim and Mayumi. Mostly Grim.

"Best of luck to you all." the ravenette bowed and signaled Grim to start the plan.

"Hey, beasty! Over here~!" Grim called out from the entrance of the mine.

The inky monster came out and growled, "Grr...... LeaAAAAAAVE!!"

"Gah! It's coming!" Grim shouted.

"Over here!" Mayumi waved over to the monster, beckoning it over.

"Grrrr!? There... thief...too. Won't give... Mine...Mine!!" It angrily yelled as it harshly punched the ground near the girl.

Mayumi quickly jumped out of the way, internally sweat dropping at how close it was about to hit her.

'Careful! You were about to turn into mashed potatoes!'

'Sorry!'

"Pyah! That punch looks like a knockout if it lands!" Grim exclaimed, worried about the ravenette.

"Now Grim! Get it as far as possible from the tunnel!"

"Go away! Go away!" It shouted as it started leaving further away from the tunnel, just like the plan.

"It's pretty far from the tunnel now!" Grim confirmed.

"Go for it!" the girl ordered out.

"Ok! I got this! Let's go, Extra Large Tempest!" Ace yelled.

The wind began to blow towards the monster who stumbled back from the force.

"Now the Great Grim's Fire Special! Ffgnnaaa!!" Blue flames erupted and circled around the monster.

"GuaaahhhH!"

"Wintry Icicles.

Together, they were able to create a firenado around the monster. To ensure it didn't try to escape, it was locked with ice spears.

"Woah! That was pretty cool, Yumi!" Mayumi smiled at Ace's compliment, slightly blushing from the nickname.

"How's this! I can even fan Grim's shoddy flames into an inferno!" Ace bragged, but Grim complained at the insult.

"It's not shoddy! Ugh, every word out of your mouth pisses me off!"

"Stop it you two. Let Deuce concentrate." Mayumi warned the two from continuing.

Deuce closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "Calm down... take aim...the biggest, heaviest... thing I know...Come forth! Cauldron!"

Mayumi flinched at the loud sound she heard of the big cauldron landing on top of the monster who screamed.

"Ouch."

"Got it! Nice work everyone!" Grim cheered.

The ravenette nodded along with the cat and happily smiled at them, "Everyone did an amazing job!"
