"Mom?" I answered the call and that's my response
"Change of plans. I need you to go home right away"
"I'm already home mom" naka ngiti kong sabi at tinitigan si France na nakayakap sa akin.
"What?, what are you talking about?. If you're in that condo and that's what you meant, fine. Dumito ka na sa mansion, I'll introduce you to your fiance and her mom"
Matigas ang pagkaka-sabi ni mom in every word na lumabas sa bibig niya.
"Why are they so early?, can't wait for next year?" naiinis kong sabi.
"Just be here okay?!, I'll give you 15 minutes. If you're not here by then. You're grounded 'til new year. I don't like waiting, so faster."
Then the call ended. Fuck! what choice do I have?!.
I look at France again, nakadilat na siya at nakatitig sa'kin. Then she smiled... which I did not expect...
"Your mom needs you, you should go" sabi niya at inialis ang yakap sa'kin, no... give it baaaaack, I want to cuddleeee :(((
"But you need me" sabi ko.
"Why that face?, bakit ka nakasimangot? hahaha. I'm fine" nakakatunaw yung ngiti niya, pramis!
"Okay. You sure you're fine?," then she nod "want anything when I get back?" umiling naman siya, nakangiti pa rin.
"Why are you smiling?"
"Can you repeat that again?" huh?
"Alin?"
"You said, you're home already, and nakatitig ka sa'kin" hA? hala ka gago?!
"Uh...huh?" putchaaaaa
"Nah, nevermind. Sige alis ka na hahaha" umiling-iling nalang siya. Nakahinga naman akong maluwag dahil don. That make me nervous as hell.
I don't like cussing but recently, nagagawa ko na.
"France... what if..." should I ask? or nah?
"Ano?" she said at tiningnan ako diretso sa mata. Puta wag na, hindi ko na itatanong. Nababahag ang buntot ko!
"Nothing hehe, sleep ka ulit. I'll come back later" lumapit ako at kiniss uli siya sa noo.
"Kahit wag na, charot. Ingat" huli niyang sabi ay bumalik na sa pagtulog. Kahit kelan talaga nako.
Sige, sa pasko nalang ako aamin... I want to court her...
Bumaba na ako, at nagpa-alam kay Kuya na uuwi muna.
"Yeah, some shit" sabi ni Kuya
"You wanna come?" I asked
"Yeah, sure. Mason?" oh edi kayo na mag-jowa
"Sure!. Jaylen!, call me when anything happens!"
"Sige!, Ingat!" after that, bumaba na kami sa parking lot at nagsi-sakay sa mga kotse. Ate's together with Kuya and I'm alone in my car.
