27 The pain

Ymir's POV-

I wake up to loud steps outside of Krista's room... but the weird thing is that Krista is laying asleep on top of me.

"Krista?" A deep voice says from outside her room.

A man that looks to be quite old steps in with a curious look on his face. That curious face quickly turns to shock and then anger as he sees me sleeping in her bed.

"WHO ARE YOU?!" He asks ripping the sheets off of us causing Krista to wake up.

He looks down and sees her naked on top of me as I am naked as well.

"D- dad? DAD! DAD IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!" Krista says getting up and pulling the sheets over her body.

I could tell how scared she was for the both of us.

"I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE. THAT IS A GIRL THAT YOU'RE LAYING NAKED WITH IN BED. IT IS BAD ENOUGH YOU'RE NAKED IN BED WITH SOMEONE BUT THE FACT THAT IT'S A GIRL! I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS!"

"Sir I am terribly sorry, it is all my faul-"

"No it's not Ymir! Dad please just let you and I talk this over", she says trying to calm him down.

"NO YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS APARTMENT NOW!"

"But sir I-"

"NOW!" He says grabbing me and pulling me out of the bed. "PUT YOUR FUCKING CLOTHES ON AND THEN LEAVE! YOU'RE NEVER ALLOWED TO SEE MY DAUGHTER AGAIN! I DON'T EVEN WANT YOU TO LOOK AT HER!"

I quickly get changed and then he grabs my shirt and pulls me out. I was strong enough to stop him but I just couldn't do it. I was too shocked and too upset to even move.

"YMIR WAIT. DAD PLEASE LET HER GO WE CAN TALK THIS OVER! PLEASE LET ME SEE HER!" She yells as tears rush out of her eyes. "DAD PLEASE!" She was now completely balling her eyes out as her dad still was forcing me out of the house.

"PLEASE! COME BACK!" Krista runs after me and grabs my hand trying to pull me back to her but her dad pushed her back causing her to fall over.

"HEY?!" I scream now trying my best to get away from him but he just wouldn't let me go.

"YMIR YOU CAN'T LEAVE! I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!" She screams with tears flying everywhere.

I began to sob as I was trying to push away from her dad. We were inches away from the door.

"YMIR NO." She screams.

"YMIR PLEASE... I LOVE YOU!"

I stare at her unable to even speak at what she had just said. Tears were rushing down my face as we just stared into each others eyes. Cmon Ymir what are you doing say something. SAY SOMETHING!

Her dad tosses me out onto the cold pavement before I say I love you back to her.

"WAIT-"

The door slams closed and I saw Krista in the back, on the floor just looking at me. I've never seen her cry this hard. Never.

I never got the chance to say it back.

"God damn it... GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!" I scream, crying louder than i've ever cried before.

"KRISTA! KRISTA COME BACK! KRISTA I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH I LOVE YOU I FUCKING LOVE YOU! I'VE LOVED YOU FOR SO LONG PLEASE STAY WITH ME! I LOVE YOU!" My screams turn into horrific sobs as I sat there on the sidewalk.

She couldn't hear me.

I was too late.

She said she loved me.

And I never said it back.

Now I never get to see her again.

Never.

I will never be able to see the love of my life.

I can't live without her.

I've ruined everything.

It's all my fault.

I never said I love you to her.

I should've said it sooner.

God fucking damn it.
