Soft sobs wake me up from my sleep. I open my eyes and look over at my boyfriend, Jin, who's crying into his arms, knees pulled to his chest.
"Baby." I whisper. He snaps his head in my direction.
"J-Joonie, it w-was horrible." He sobs, making grabby hands at me. I pull him into my arms, running my hand through his hair to comfort him.
"Shh. It's okay my baby." I whisper, as he cries into my shoulder.
"Y-You l-left me, a-and found someone b-better! Th-Then as y-you were l-leaving, a c-car h-hit you!" He sobs.
"Oh, angel I would never leave you. Look, I'm right here by your side, and that's how it will be for the rest of our lives, and even after that!" I exclaim. "There's no need to cry sweetheart.""It f-felt so real!" He hiccups.
"I know baby." I gently rock him. "But it wasn't, and I'm here. It's okay."
"W-Wanna stay like this." He mumbles sleepily.
"Whatever you want darling."
