Moonlight Transformation

Sofia

( Sofia POV)

"Luke!" Sofia yelled from the beach. It was 5:30. He was late and she was worried. "Luke!" She called again and then she spotted a lump in sand. She dug in the sand and found Luke's shirt there. Sofia looked in the distance and nodded. She ran to house and changed into a swimsuit and got her board. When she was back by the shore, determination shined in her eyes. "I'll find you." She vowed and put her foot in water.

"Luke?" Serena asked taking her hands off his temples. Luke shook with sadness and tears started to swell in his eyes. Serena saw them and hugged him. "What happened?" She asked but Luke didn't respond. He only kept on crying.

After he stopped crying, he explained everything that happened in the past. His father and mother. Even the things that were chasing his father.

When Luke finished, Serena was in shock. "Your mother is human and your father is a merman. You are a Sea-Dancer." She spoke and looked at him seriously.

(Sofia's POV)

It had been an hour and Sofia still couldn't find Luke. The tide started to pick up and it also stared to rain. No matter, Sofia kept padding and searched on. Not knowing the danger caused for herself.

"A what?" Luke asked with an eye brow raised. Serena sighed and explained. "A Sea-Dancer is when a human and mer mate. Sea-Dancers have the ability to turn into a mer folk by touching water but when the Sea-Dancer has become of age, he or she shall stay a mer folk forever." She said and Luke didn't say anything. He broke the silence by looking up and had a scared look on his face. He then noticed the tide rising and the rain falling on his tail. He turned around and had wide eyes. "Sofia." He muttered and dove under.
