bucks day off

bucks pov

Its my day off so when I hear eddies alarm go off I squint my eyes shut.He squeezes me tighter 

"I have to go to work" he groans

" stay" I groan back 

"I can't" he says jumping up and leaving the bedroom. I grab my things and drive Eddie to work He kisses me on the cheek and jumps out the truck

" hey I love you" he shout 

"I love you" I respond as he walks away. I drive back to my place when I get there I walk in and sit on the sofa but now that im alone all I can think about is grabbing that blade. I try to think about Eddie and how much he needs me not to do this and im only alone for a little while then hens coming over. I hold myself together for a second before I can't anymore I dont even try to make it to the bedroom and grab a knife from the kitchen and stand over the sink.

hens pov

im spending the day with buck today and I can just tell he isn't himself these days maybe he will open up to me. Ws I pull up at the apartment I check that his trucks here before heading up the stairs. I arrive at the door and knock after a while of no one answering

"buck" I shout there was no reply I carry on knocking for a min but there's still no reply so I ring Eddie to see if he knows where buck will be.

"Eddie im at buck apartment you said he was coming straight home from dropping you off" I say as soon as he answers 

 "he did he messaged me when he got home" he says I add a few more knocks to the door

" hen you have to brake the door down"  he shouts like he knows something will be wrong

" now "he shouts

" why he may be out do you not think your a little dramatic" I reply before hanging up  I go back to my car but something in my gut is telling me that eddies right so I run up to the apartment and knock again 

"buck" I shout still no answer .I take my phone out and ring him and hear the phone ring inside 

"thats it" I say I type 911 into the phone and got ready to call just incase. I kick the door down and see bucks feet on the floor buck I ran round the corner and hes laying in a pool of blood I call 911 put it on speaker and kneel next to him I lean down

" attempted suicide" I shout down the phone 

"you need to hurry hes got low pulse" I shout shortly after I gave the address and grabbed towels placing pressure on his arms 

"buck why would you do this" I say stroking his face with one hand when the team arrive its the 118 I see Eddie first 

"I knew he wasn't ok" he shouts running past me

bobby looking a little taken back by the scene infront. They put him on the back bored and took  him away. Eddie sat crying on the floor next to the pool of blood. Bobby go over to Eddie he picks Eddie up and walks over to me  carrying Eddie who is  barley able to stand.

" we will meet them at the hospital " bobby says beginning to walk away "come on hen" he then says snapping my eyes from the blood on the floor 

" come on" he shouts again making my feet move and follow him.

eddies pov 

"he can't die he can't" I cry .when we get there I jump out the fire truck and run in in full gear 

"evan Buckley" I said to the woman 

"are you family" she says  I nod even tho im not I just have to see him

"ok hes in room 205" the woman behind the desk spoke as a doctor came over 

"your here for even Buckley" he says I nod 

"ok come with me , hes ok we've set him therapy and hes on anti depressants. hes going to need someone to live with him but im sure you can figure that one out between you. he is going to be ok you just need to be there for him oh and hes been asking for you" the doctor says opening a sliding door as we get to the room. As I walk in thanking the doctor he looks down 

"Evan" I say to him he looks up with the saddest eyes 

"why" I say grabbing his face

" I dont know I really dont" he says beginning to cry. I crawl onto the hospital bed letting him cry into my chest 

"its ok" I say stroking his head 

"its all going to be ok baby" I say I feel him drift to sleep on me and I can't move but I dont mind I kiss his head and lean my head back on the pillow behind me

"why do you do this to yourself. people love you, I love you, you dont need to do this to yourself baby please" I say kissing his head again 

"Eddie" I hear at the door I shoot my head up 

"I knew it" hen says in the door way I just smile 

"its fine I won't say anything though its obvious" hen then adds

" ill go" I said realising she may want some time on her own with buck 

"no you stay im glad he has you" she says before leaving 

my eyes flickered open. I must have dosed off and bucks just sat stroking my hair 

"hey" I say 

"hey" he replies 

'I can go home today" he smiles 

" thats fun but I was wondering if you wanted to move in with me" I say taking a chance 

"rlly" he says smiling I nod . he nods frantically. I kiss his head and Maddie runs in 

"ive only just got off shift" she shouts. I scooch from under buck and let him talk to his sister I see buck trying to explain and a lot of crying coming from Maddie before I see Maddie start to pack his things. 

"he's coming living with me" I say gently in the door way after listening to her protest he couldn't live alone 

"he is is he" she says wiggling her eyes I tilt my head 

"so what's going on here" she says pointing between us 

"nothing I'm straight" we both say at the same time

" right" she nods smiling once we had signed a load of forms I got him in my car and started the drive home. a song came on the radio and we both turned our heads a little  "I can't help falling in love with you" I glance towards him and see him do the same I jumped out the car and brought buck inside. I grabbed him and slammed him against the wall in between kisses I mutter

" I love you" which he returns before we head to the bedroom slamming the door behind us
