I should get this cat back to Osano, he's waiting for me outside and I've been taking a bit longer then I planned and hoped.

I quietly crept through the living room and out the front door. Now I just need to get through the gate and I should be fine. Since it can be unlocked from the inside, I should be able to go through. At least now I don't have to climb a fence with a cat in hand.

With a loud creaking noise, I slowly opened the gate and closed it behind me. Now that I was out, I looked around around for Osano. "Osano? You there?"

In response to my voice, I heard shuffling around and it didn't take long for the boy I was looking for to come out of hiding. "(Y/N)? Did you find- Oh my god! That's my cat!" He ran over.

"Shh!" I immediately shushed him. We WERE outside the stalkers house after all. Even if I did knock her out, her family and the neighbors could hear us.

He took the carrier from me and set it on the ground, opening it and taking out the small cat. He held her close. He spoke in a more quiet voice this time. "I can't believe it... You really rescued her... And now I can finally report that creep to the police."

"That's good isn't it? Will you still be okay on your way back home?" I asked him.

"Oh..." Even though the problem had already been dealt with, he probably wouldn't feel comfortable going back home. Even though the stalker is currently knocked out, Osano doesn't know that. So he most likely thinks that if the stalker notices the cat's missing, she might stalk him at his house or something. He's too scared and uncomfortable to go back to his own home at the moment.

"Do you have anyone you can stay with?" I asked, noticing his discomfort.

He shook his head. "None that are aware of the situation, and I don't want to have to explain. You're the only one who I told about this."

"Fair enough." I thought about it for a second. A sigh escapes me. "Well, if you want, you can stay at my place for the night. We have a guest room you can stay in."

He visibly perked up. "Really? I would appreciate that, but what would your parents say about it?"

I shrugged it off. "Don't worry about them. They shouldn't be home tonight.

"Oh, really? Then yeah, I would like that."

"Come on then, let's just head to your house real quick so you can get some stuff." He nods his head and I follow him to his house.

(Time Skip)

After he got some stuff from his home and explained to his parents that he's going to spend the night at a friend's house, we went to my house. He brought his cat along with us to my place since he didn't feel comfortable with leaving them at home when he's not there. I have to admit, the cat is pretty cute.

Since I don't have a pet, we had to make something using whatever should be healthy for cats to eat. The little thing has to eat something, we can't just have them not eat until the next day. We don't know how often the stalker fed them, or if they even did.

Neither of us felt like sleeping, so we both situated ourselves on a couple of couches in the living room. I even made us little bit of dinner, but since it was late, it was only something small.

Osano took a moment to look around the room. "You have a nice place (Y/N), it looks big. Is it just you and your parents? " For the first time in a while, he had a relaxed smile on his face. Actually, I don't think I've ever seen him smile often or even at all since I've met him.

"Thank you. Yeah, it's just the three of us." I said before helping myself to some snacks that I had out.

He looked to be hesitating before he decided to ask. "You said your parents wouldn't be home, but you never said why."
