"Y/n, are you ready to go?"

"Yeah, mom, I'll be right there!" I was in my room, finishing packing the last few things I might need for the sleepover. "Okay," I said to myself. "I think that's everything." I hopped in the car and placed my bag at my feet.

"Ready?"

"Yeah."

We rode in silence for a few minutes. It wasn't an uncomfortable one, but it wasn't nice either.

"Are you nervous?" I looked at my mom, then out the window again.

"A little." She nodded and we fell back into silence. After a bit, my mom pulled into the driveway of a decent-sized house.

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow. Love you, honey."

"Love you too, mom. Bye." I open the car door and shouldered my pack. Walking up to the front door of the house, I noticed my limbs were shaking slightly. I sighed and slapped them before I rang the doorbell. Mina answered with Uraraka just behind her.

"L/n! You finally made it! You're the last one. Come on in. We've got drinks and food and we're going to dress up and do make-overs and watch a movie or three! Oh, my parents aren't here, will your parents be okay with that?" I nodded and got dragged into the house by a very excited Ashido. She led me into the living room where everyone else was.

"Hello L/n, ribbit."

"Hello L/n, come, have a seat."

"L/n! You're here! Yay!"

"Uh, hi guys," I responded.

"Okay," Mina said. "Since everyone's here now, we can start doing stuff. So, what should we start with?"

We talk about our plans for the night and the next morning. Eventually, we decided to start with some baking so we could have something sweet for later. Mina showed us where everything was and we started making some chocolate brownies.

"L/n, pass me the salt."

"Here you go."

"Okay Tsu, you can stir now."

"Ashido, where were the chocolate chips again?"

"Right here."

"Oh, thanks."

"Here Jiro, the flour."

"Thanks."

After about fifteen minutes and several spills, the batter was in the oven and baking. We cleaned up the huge mess we had made, laughing and joking the whole time. In the end, we were all covered with flour and water.

While waiting for the brownies to be done, Mina and Ochaco did all of our hair. They had a bit of trouble with Hagakure for obvious reasons, but she assured us her hair would look awesome if we could see it.

We were laughing so hard that we didn't hear the timer at first. Tsu was the one who finally heard it and was able to get them out before they got too burnt. Hagakure wanted to decorate them but Momo absolutely refused, saying that decorations would ruin the taste, so we made a batch of cupcakes as well.

After the decoration of the cupcakes was complete, we turned on a movie and ate all of the sweets we had made. We ended up not watching the movie at all, talking about random things instead. Ochaco decided to cover Hagakures face with makeup so we could see it better, then suddenly we were all covered with makeup.

As it started getting dark, we realized we should probably eat something other than sugar so we made some pizza and ate it while watching another movie. Momo chanced a few hairstyles and Ochaco redid some makeup while we watched. Even though it was only about nine, Hagakure fell asleep on Jiro's lap. Mina took several photos before Momo had to wake her up to take the makeup off.

After the makeup had been taken off and we had arranged sleeping arrangements, Momo, Hagakure, and Jiro fell asleep. Mina wanted to color on their faces but Tsu and I talked her out of it. The next thing I knew, it was morning...and I had marker all over my face. I chased Mina around the house, waking everyone up.

We made chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast, splashing water at each other the whole time. After that, Ochaco asked to see my ears. I ended up letting them all ruffle them while Mina blasted music. We made a small lunch and our parents came to pick us up.

When my mom came, I was a bit disappointed but also relieved. I loved hanging out with my classmates, but I was tired and looked forward to getting home. On the car ride home, my mom asked a few questions but, noticing that I was drained, didn't say too much.

I closed the door to my room behind me and flopped onto the bed. I hadn't expected to be so drained after only spending a night with people. I rolled over onto my back and spread my arms to either side. Maybe it was because I hadn't really spent much time with other people for years now, or maybe I just wasn't a people person. I closed my eyes and changed into my fox form, rolling onto my paws and standing up. I didn't feel like being inside, so I jumped to the tree and trotted off.

"Haha, look guys, I was right! It's right there!"

I was laying under the tree, where I first meet the trio from UA, letting the sun warm my back. I opened my eyes to Kaminari excitedly pointing at me and looking from me to Kirishima and Bakugo and back.

"You were right. It hasn't been here the past few days," Kirishima said.

"You don't have to sound so amazed that I was right," Kaminari pouted. He walked over to me and started patting my head. "Those two are always so mean to me, do you know why? Neither do I..."

"C'mon, Dunceface, it's getting late."

With that, the three of them walked off. I stayed in my spot for a while, enjoying the sunset and cool breeze, before I returned home.

As I jumped onto my desk through the window, I noticed that my phone was lighting up repeatedly. I put more comfortable clothes on then grabbed my phone and flopped onto my bed.

Apparently, I had been added to 1-A's group chat. Mina and Hagakure were talking about the sleepover while Kaminari was asking for help with homework and Bakugou was yelling at everyone to be quiet. I watched, amused, as the multiple conversations unraveled. Now and then, I would burst out at something funny then go back to reading.

I fell asleep like that, watching others argue and laugh together. I may have missed dinner, but that was the best two days I had had for a while. It felt good to have friends. I hadn't realized how much I really missed it.
