"Are all the decorations up yet?" Kunikida asked me. "I think Kenji is finishing up now. Ranpo and Yosano were able to go get some treats and Atsushi said he'd bring some other food." Since it was Christmas the Agency was holding a Christmas party. Kunikida was taking charge and doing his best to make this the best party it could. "Where's Dazai?" I shrugged my shoulders. "Haven't seen him since this morning." I heard him mumble about how Dazai should be more useful or something, but I ignored it. In truth I was hoping maybe I'd get the chance to confess my feelings toward Dazai. I met him when he joined the Agency and we had been good friends for about 2 years now, and of course I had to catch feelings. "(Y/N) can you go help Kenji?" Kunikida asked. I nodded and walked over to him.

"(Y/N) can you hang this up since you're taller than me?" Kenji asked. I smiled and nodded. He handed me a mistletoe and I hung it in the office entry door. "Are you hoping to kiss anyone?" he innocently asked. This caught me off guard by a lot. "Where would you ever get the idea I want to k-kiss anyone in the Agency?" I spoke suspiciously fast. "Well I heard Ranpo and Atsushi talking the other day about how they think you have a crush on-" "Alright you can stop there!" He laughed a bit and went over to see what else he could do. "Dammit guys I don't want him knowing," I mumbled. "You don't want who to find out you have a crush on them?" Shit, I knew that voice. "No one Dazai don't worry about it," I said trying to back away. He wrapped his arm around me, preventing me from leaving. "But I want to know about this special guy, I can't believe you didn't tell me about this." I have two options right now. I could tell Dazai the truth or I could come up with an excuse and get away. "KUNIKIDA I FOUND DAZAI AND HE ISN'T DOING ANYTHING!" I yelled loudly. Dazai let go of me and I snuck away while Kunikida began to lecture him on why he should be helping. "Yosano I'm heading home to get ready, if anyone asks. I'll see you guys in a few hours," I said before leaving the Agency. 

"What should I wear?" I mumbled to myself. I searched through my closet but just wasn't sure. "Maybe something with red since it is Christmas." After more searching I decided on a red skirt and a black sweater with black tights and red heels. I curled my hair and added a red bow. Lastly, I added some makeup and finished off with a red lipstick. I looked in the mirror and I have to say I looked pretty great. "Dazai will like this I think." I shook my head, he shouldn't be my priority having fun should be. I did one final look and headed back to the Agency. 

"Hey (Y/N)!" Atsushi said as I walked in. He, as well as many others, had Santa themed or red and green costumes on. "Hey Atsushi, you look great!" His cheeks got a little pink, "Thanks." "Is Dazai here?" I asked. He looked like he was about to answer but then closed his mouth. I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and pull me back. "Looking for me Belladonna?" Dazai teased. I turned around and got a look at him before hugging him back. He was wearing a tan sweater, unlike the others who were wearing Santa costumes, and he looked pretty good. He seemed to be caught a little of guard by me hugging him back. "I didn't know you wanted to see me so badly." I lightly punched his chest. "It's the holidays I want to see everyone, you just happen to be part of here." We both laughed and walked over to grab some food.

While eating Yosano pulled me over to her, Ranpo, Atsushi, Junichiro, Naomi, Kenji, and Kyouka. "So are you going to confess tonight?" Atsushi asked. "W-what?!" "Come on it's annoying how much you like him yet never act on it," Yosano said. "I agree, plus my Ultra Deduction tells me you do have a chance," Ranpo added. "You can do it," Kyouka said. "Trust me if you take him over to the mistletoe he'd have to kiss you," Naomi said. "You know we could go over there too," she added to Junichiro, who turned red.  "City folk do seem to enjoy this tradition so I think he would too," Kenji said. "I mean might as well do it," I sighed. They each gave me a pat on the back and pushed me towards him. I looked down and walked up to him. I grabbed his hand and dragged him with me, not meeting his gaze.

We reached the door to the Agency and stopped. He looked confused until I pointed up, he looked up and smirked. I grabbed the collar of his sweater and pulled him down. His lips met mine and his arms quickly went to my waist. We pulled back and looked at each other and smiled. "Well Belladonna looks like you were quite excited to see me." I blushed and looked away. I saw the others smirking and Atsushi blushing while Kunikida was just shaking his head. Dazai's hand grabbed under my chin and made me look back at him before kissing me again. "Looks like you were excited to see me too," I responded. We were about to kiss again when Yosano stepped in. "Alright you two I think Atsushi, Kyouka, Kenji, and the rest of us have seen enough." He grabbed my hand and we went to get food. 

"Congrats you two," Naomi said. "We're all happy you finally got together," Junichiro added. "Everyone could tell you had feelings for each other," Ranpo said. I blushed again as he wrapped his arm around me. He kissed my forehead and cuddled me to his side while we sat on his desk. Christmas stories were shared, and overall I think this was the best Christmas I have ever had.
