Emma laughed, then stopped. "Love?" Killian asked, concerned. Emma sounded really scared when she said. "I can't feel my legs." Everyone stared at her. "What are we going to do?"

Granny's

"Why is that such a big deal? Just get up and walk around! My legs fall asleep sometimes and I can't feel my legs, so I just walk around!" Violet-Marie said. Everyone turned to look at her. "Seriously?" Emma asked. "I'm turning to stone, and that's all you can say?" Violet-Marie looked at their faces, then laughed. "Yeah right. Stone people. That's funny, and impossible, but really funny." Micah stood up awkwardly, "Okay then." he said, scratching the back of his head. "Sera, Butterfly, we should get going. Uh, we have places to be." Sera was quick to stand up and join him. "Yeah, let's go!" Violet-Marie turned to them. "Wait, where are we going? We don't need to go anywhere." she said. Micah grabbed her hand and began dragging her away. "Yeah, we do. We have to be anywhere but here. Besides we have that thing to do, you know, with some of the other friends we met?" Violet-Marie frowned, the brightened. "Oh that!! Yeah! We do have to go!" turning back to the others she waved and said, "I'll see you later, k? Bye!" the followed Sera and Micah out the door. Emma sighed once they were gone. "Okay, now we can get to the library and try to find out how to break my curse, but first, can someone help me out of this chair?" Killian rushed to help her and Regina magicked them to the library.

Outside Granny's

"Oh my god." Violet-Marie said, sitting down. "I don't know how much longer I can keep playing this clueless girl." Sera laughed and sat down beside her. "It'll be over soon." She said. "Yeah." Micah said. "Oh! Remember when all of us met?" he asked. Violet-Marie and Sera laughed. "Yeah! That was a crazy night." Sera said. "Wasn't that also the night you realized what your mum was actually planning for you? Before you were the Dark Princess?" Sera asked. "Yeah." Violet-Marie said, then looked down, getting lost in the past.

The Forgotten Realms, may years ago

In The Forgotten Realms, there is a hill in the Center Kingdom. This hill is called Overlook Hill. One night, or rather dusk, there was a young girl about eleven (11) years old lying on her back. Two other girls ran up the hill to look at the stars. "Oh! Hello!" one of the girls said. "What's your name?" the other asked. The first girl raised herself up on her elbows and looked at them. "You don't want to know my name. You wouldn't want me here if you did." The two girls still standing looked at each other. "Nah." one of them said. "I'm Emily, and this is Sera." the first girl looked at Emily. "I'm Violet-Marie." she said. If they other girls recognized her name, or were scared by it, they didn't show it. "Nice to meet you Violet-Marie!" Sera said. "Anyway, what are you doing here?" Emily asked. "Oh, I'm just here to drown my thoughts with the sound of the ocean and look of the stars." Violet-Marie said, lying down again. Sera and Emily looked at each other. "We're here for the same reason actually." Emily said. "May we join you?" Sera asked. Violet-Marie looked at them. "Sure." she said.

Over the next hour, the three girls spent their time watching the stars and getting to know each other a little better. "Hey, can I tell you two a secret?" Emily asked. "Sure." Sera said. "Go for it." Violet-Marie replied. "I actually don't want to be called Emily." Emily said. "I have never felt comfortable in my body, and I always feel like I should be different." Violet-Marie looked at Emily. "What are you saying?" she asked. "I'm saying that I'm a boy." Emily said. Sera and Violet-Marie nodded. "Good for you, Emiily! Or what do you want us to call you?" Violet-Marie asked. "Micah would be great." Micah replied, finally happy that two people knew who he really was. "Well, if we are telling secrets, I should tell you two of mine." Violet-Marie said. "One, I'm the princess of the Center Kingdom, and two, I'm pansexual and demipansexual." Sera and Micah nodded. "We know you're the princess. And I'm glad you told us." Sera said. "Wait, you know?" Violet-Marie asked, surprised. "And you don't hate me?" "Of course not!" Micah said. "Why would we hate you?" Sera asked. "Because most of this kingdom thinks I've stolen the crown because my mother passed the test of royal blood?" Violet-Marie replied. "Uhm, we don't care about that. If your mother has some royal blood, even if she is from another realm, and you are her daughter, you deserve it." Sera said.  "The Center Kingdom has been without a proper ruler for years, I'm glad we have a real queen, and an heir." Micah continued. Violet-Marie smiled. Maybe, for the first time since she and her mother were kicked out of Meridian Village, she had friends.

The Swan-Jones house, present day

Emma, Killian and Hope returned from a long day in the library. Sitting in the living room, was Violet-Marie. "Hey guys!" Violet-Marie said. "Hey!" Hope said, hugging her. "Violet-Marie, can we talk to you?" Emma asked. "Yeah, sure. What's up?" Violet-Marie asked. "Violet-Marie, I'm sick, and I don't have much time left. So I was wondering if we could all spend some time together, before I have to, well before I die." Violet-Marie blinked. "Yeah, sure, of course." She said, running up and hugging Emma. "But isn't there a cure?" she asked. "We don't know. People are working on one, but it might not be ready in time to save my life." Emma replied. Violet-Marie looked up and saw Killian and Hope crying. "I'm so sorry." she said. "Of course I'll spend time with you."

Later that night

"Hey, we don't have much time, and the heroes are coming up with a cure." Violet-Marie said into her phone. She hung up and flopped onto her bed in the Swan-Jones house. She looked over at the pictures hanging on the wall. There were pictures of her and Emma, her and Killian, and her and Hope. Memories that they had built up over the brief time they spent together. Violet-Marie looked out the window and thought, I'm so sorry, Emma. I'm sorry Storybrooke. I'm so torn. I don't want to do this. But if I don't, my mother will certainly kill me. Out loud, she said. "What am I going to do?"

Bam! Another chapter done! Why doesn't Violet-Marie want to do this? Do you think her mother would literally kill her? Or is that just an expression? What is she going to do to Storybrooke, and more importantly, Emma? I hope you enjoyed!
