Previously on Once Upon a Time: Second Chances:

The entire group vanished into a cloud of dark purple and black smoke, at the same time our heroes stood at the ready in front of the clock tower. Their fates unknown. Everyone held their breath as a cloud of smoke appeared. "It's time." Emma whispered. "It's time."

In Front of the Clock Tower

The fog dissipated, revealing five (5) figures. The heroes stood at the ready. "Oh hello there, heroes." The Dark Princess said, stepping forward. The girl and boy behind her, Her Bloody Handmaiden and The Shadow General, stepped forward behind her. A girl about twenty (20) years old walked off into a corner, holding her tablet in her hand. Who they assumed to be the Screenslaver stalked off into the shadows. "Why have you come here?" Snow asked, raising her chin. "Well," The Dark Princess said, stepping forward and laughing. "For you of course!" she giggled. The Dark Princess waved her hand two ways. Her Bloody Handmaiden and The Shadow General nodded and separated in opposite directions, the general looking at the princess sadly. The Princess looked down for a moment and seemed to take a deep breath. Only Emma noticed that she seemed a little insecure. Regina stepped forward, trying to look like a queen. "Why type of enemy needs to hide behind a mask?" she asked. "I say a coward. Show your face, Dark Princess. I want to see the look in your eyes as we finish you." The Dark Princess sighed and stood up taller. "You don't want me to do that." she said. "You really don't" The Shadow General agreed. Her Bloody Handmaiden stepped forward. "Say, how much time do you have, Emma?" she asked with faux sweetness. Emma's eyes widened. "How do you know about that?" She asked. All of the villains laughed. "Who do you think created the potion?" Her Bloody Handmaiden asked, laughing. "I put it in your drink," The Dark Princess said. "But my Handmaiden created it." The Dark Princess looked at the terrified faces of the townspeople. "Now, it's time to get started."

Dawn walked to the front of the group. "Hello there, heroes. I'm Dawn, and it's nice to meet you!" The heroes looked at each other. "Why are you telling us this?" Regina asked. "Oh!" Dawn said. "I'm creating a distraction!" she said with a laugh. "Hello there!" Her Bloody Handmaiden said from next to Regina. Regina looked down when she tried to turn towards the Handmaiden. The entire town, except Snow and Charming had their feet stuck to the ground. The Dark Princess stepped forward, the Shadow General handed her a sword. "You have ruined my life for the last time!" she said. Emma's eyes widened. Where had she heard that before? The Dark Princess created a force field around everyone except her and the Charming's. "My mother was banished to another realm for no reason when she was a newborn!" The Dark Princess continued. Snow and David looked at each other. The Dark Princess started crying. She ripped her mask off and threw it on the ground. "Violet-Marie?!" Snow cried. "Yeah." Violet-Marie responded, crying. She looked at Killian, Hope and Emma. "I told you that you would hate me!" she yelled. "Sera, do it." she said. Her Bloody Handmaiden ripped her mask off. "Are you sure?" she asked. "Vi, you can't come back from this." The Shadow General said. "You know what will happen to me if I don't, Micah!" she said. "Do you know who my mum's parents were?!" Violet-Marie asked, turning back to Snow and David. "You! I am your granddaughter! My mother is the daughter you sent away without a second thought!!" Snow and David looked at each other. "We didn't know we had a second daughter." they said. "Well, you didn't care what happened to your first daughter? Now, you don't really care what happens to your other daughter." Violet-Marie said, nodding to Emma. They turned back to look at Emma who was gasping for breath. "Emma?" Killian asked. Emma looked at Killian. "I'm sorry." she said as the rest of her turned to stone. Her irises turned a stone grey before all the light faded completely from them. Snow and David ran up to the barrier, trying to get to their daughter. "EMMA!!" they yelled, banging on the wall. "She can't hear you." Violet-Marie said. "Now, it's time for my mother's revenge." she said, running at them, sword raised.

David and Snow fought her off, with the rest of the town forced to watch. Violet-Marie eventually pinned them down with her magic. "Vi, you know that you really can't come back from murdering. It doesn't work that way." Micah said, removing his mask. Violet-Marie was full on crying now. "Princess, we will have to report to your mother." the Screenslaver said. "I know Evelyn, and I know what you're thinking, Dawn." Violet-Marie said. She turned back towards Snow and David. She made sure that they could move everything except their feet. Violet-Marie raised her sword and was ready to strike. The Charming's held their breath and closed their eyes. The town gasped and waited for the fatal blow. Violet-Marie did swing the sword, but it never made contact. Instead, Snow and David, who suddenly found their feet unstuck, opened their eyes and saw a sobbing girl at their feet, the sword lying across the ground. "I can't do it." Violet-Marie sobbed. "I can't do it." she turned to Sera. "Lower the barrier." she ordered. Sera smiled and lowered the barrier. Miicah and Sera walked up to Violet-Marie and embraced her. "It's alright." Micah whispered. Dawn and Evelyn nodded to each other and vanished into Dawn's tablet, which shattered as it touched the ground. The town watched, awestruck, at this trio of children who put aside threats to save two lives. Snow looked at David and then walked up to Violet-Marie, wrapping her arms around the young girl. "Oh, sweetie. I'm so sorry." she said. Violet-Marie looked up and pulled two vials out of her pockets. "This one will cure everyone who was turning to stone, it will even cure Emma." She said, holding one up. "This one will reunite the realms. Not the one Micah, Sera and I are from, but the rest of them." she said, holding up the other one.

Killian ran up and grabbed the vial of cure. "How do I use this?" He asked. "You pour two drops in each of the victim's eyes." Sera replied, softly. "And you pour this in the water." Micah said, handing the other vial to Regina. "Why did you spare our lives?" David asked. "After everything we did to your mother, why?" Violet-Marie looked up at them. "Because you were like the family my mother never was to me." she said. Violet-Marie stood up and wiped her eyes, the gasped. Sera and Micah looked at her. "What is it?" Micah asked, worried. "My mother." Violet-Marie said. "She's going to kill me."

Tada? What did you think? Was it everything you hoped? Did I do it justice?? Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this chapter, and I will see you later!
