It's Time (Part 1)

The Swan-Jones House

Emma and Killian woke up and looked at each other. "It's today." Emma whispered into the dark. Killian pulled her close. "We'll make it through. Remember, love, we're survivors." Emma sighed. "I can't believe today may be last day, alive. I know we faced this with Gideon, but still." "We've got this." Killian said. "You know we can get through this, even if you do turn to stone, and even if you do have to go, we will defeat The Dark Princess." Killian said. "How can you be so sure?" Emma asked. "Because I have hope." he responded. 

The two got out of bed to get ready for the day. But as they were getting up, Killian found a note on their bedside table with a raven's feather floating on it. 

Noon today, in front of the clock tower. Bring the whole town.
~The Dark Princess

"We have to tell the others." Emma said, looking at it. Killian nodded. "I'll call the others." he said. Emma walked into Hope's room. "Hope, wake up." She said. Hope looked at her mother groggily. "It's today." Emma said. Hope sat up, "I'll wake Violet-Marie." she said, getting out of bed. Hope walked to the room Violet-Marie had been staying in. "Violet-Marie?" she asked, knocking on the door. "It's today. Are you awake?" she asked. Hope opened Violet-Marie's door and walked inside. 

It was bare.

There were no decorations, nothing that would ever make it seem like a girl had been living there. It was just empty. But, there on the bed was a worn piece of paper folded into a square. Hope walked over and picked up the note. "Oh my god." she said when she read it. Hope clutched it in her hand and ran out of Violet-Marie's old room. "Mom!" she yelled, running down the stairs. "Violet-Marie's gone. She left this note, but it's as if she was never here." she said. Killian grabbed the note and he and Emma read it together.

Emmaa, Killian, Hope, 
If you are reading this, it means that it's too late. It's the final day. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry, and I will forever be grateful for the way you treated me. It really did feel like home. You must be wondering why I'm apologizing. But that's the thing. I can't tell you. Don't come looking for me, don't worry about me, don't do anything. Just forget about me. After today, you will want to forget about me. You will hate me after today. But you will know why. Soon. I have to do this, and they deserve it. They have no idea what they did, but they ruined both my, and my mother's life. I know you will think differently, but this is what I know. Hope, I truly am sorry, you were beginning to feel like the sibling I never had. Emma and Killian, you felt like the family that I never had. I'm sorry to leave without saying goodbye, but I have to, it's better this way. I'm torn, I have a duty, a destiny to fulfill, but that destiny is at the expense of others. I will try to stay away from your family, but by the end of the day, our paths will cross again, and we will be on opposite sides of opinions, and I will not be so kind. You are probably thinking that you will be able to talk me out of whatever I'm going to do. But you can't. It's been written in the stars since the beginning of time. I am so sorry, and after today, you will never have to see me again. I truly am sorry if our paths cross again, but I'm out of time, and I can't fight it, and you can't save me.

Emma gasped when she finished reading. "What is she going to do?" she asked. Killian shook his head. "I have no idea." he responded. "But we have to show the others." 

Regina's palace

"Noon today." Regina said. "We're running out of time." Everyone looked up as the clock tower struck ten (10). "Two hours." Killian said. Snow picked up Violet-Marie's note again. "We should have tried harder with her." she said. David looked over Snow's shoulder. "It doesn't seem like a suicide note, so we don't have to worry." Emma sighed. "Still, what does she mean that we can't save her?" she asked, frustrated. "Everyone can be saved." Killian came up and rubbed Emma's shoulders. "She doesn't think she can be saved." he said. "You know, Killian, that is really sweet, but I can't feel it." Emma said, smiling a bit. "I know, love." he said. "But it makes me feel better." Regina sighed. "You two are as bad as Snowing over here." she said, pointing to Snow and Charming. Snow and David glared at her as Regina continued. "We still have to grab weapons. We will win today." she said confidently. Everyone nodded (except Emma) and went to the weapons room. Regina grabbed some potions to stash in her pockets and a dagger, Gideon grabbed a sword and some potions, Snow grabbed a set of a bow and arrows, David grabbed a few swords, Killian grabbed a sword and a cutlass, Zelena grabbed a coconut (no she didn't but, Neverland....) Zelena grabbed her green pendant, and Emma slipped a few magic blocking cuffs in her pocket. "Let's go." she said. "Mom, Dad, gather the town at the clock tower. We don't want to make her more angry, so we have to follow her demands." "I agree." Snow said. "Come on, David." 

The Woods

"You have everything?" Violet-Marie asked. "We have it all." Micah said, coming out from behind some bushes. All of them were dressed like they would back home, but this time they added masks. Sera was dressed in a red stained, white dress with a white swan mask and daggers concealed all over, a sword in her hand, and her hair up in a violently tight bun. Micah was dressed in black armor with the Center Kingdom crest, a black mask over his eyes. Violet-Marie was dressed in a floor length black dress, her hair red and pulled up into a complex braided style, pinned back by a heavy black and red crown, a dark purple mask over her eyes. Dawn came out of the trees, tech and potions at hand. Evelyn came out dressed as the Screenslaver. "Are we ready?" Evelyn asked. Violet-Marie looked up as the clock tower chimed twelve (12). "It's time." she said. "Let's go." 

The entire group vanished into a cloud of dark purple and black smoke, at the same time our heroes stood at the ready in front of the clock tower. Their fates unknown. Everyone held their breath as a cloud of smoke appeared. "It's time." Emma whispered. "It's time."

Muahahahahahahaha!!! You're gonna kill me XD The next part should be up either tonight, or tomorrow, but what did you think? I really do hope you liked it! But, please refrain from killing me, so I can write the next chapter XD oH I ALMOST FORGOT!!!
