The next day I felt productive and energized. I know the reason why tho after what happened between me and Art and how the things went as smooth as the hem of a thin cloth. Sure this is really a day to feel great.

I did my usual morning routines. I also did my favorite past time which is reading sci-fi books in our library room. It was really enjoyable for a person who loves to read books like me.

I know I don't look like the person who'll have a past time like that but reading fictional books for me is really great. I'm fond of it and only mom and Madi know that thing of me.

Since I have nothing much to do almost everyday then you would really expect me to do such thing. Besides, reading is knowledge.

Aside from reading books, learning how to cook also became my main prioritiy. Since the day that I tasted my own cooking I swore to myself that I'll practice more and get better so that I'll become a great wife for Art in the future.

I did say once that I practiced cooking for her, didn't I?

As for now, I'm improving. My cooking skills improved little by little. Just have to practice more and I'll became someone whom I wanted to be for so long.

Atleast that's what nanay told me.

But It's still a good news to me. It matters to me big time knowing that someone who's dear to me is praising my cooking abilities. I just have to be patient and practice more. Until then, I have to do my best.

The time will finally come that Art would be able to taste the dish that I specially cooked for her. Mixed with hard work, sincerity, emotions, and pure love as that said.

'I'm going to make sure that she will never regret making me her wife!'

Napabalik ako sa wisyo ko ng marinig ang mga katok na yun. Hindi ako umalis sa pagkaka-upo sa kama ko at hinintay nalang ang susunod na mga sasabihin ng tao sa labas.

"Miss, pinapatanong po ni manang Tes kung ipagpapatuloy nyo pa ba daw po ang pag-papaturo nyo. Kung hindi daw po ay lalakad na daw sya paalis." Aalis pala si nanay ngayon?

"San daw sya pupunta?" I asked hugging Aries.

"Mag go-grocery lang daw po sya kasama si Mira. Babalik din daw po sila kaagad." Magalang nyang sagot.

"Oh, okay. Tell her it's fine and take care."

Ilang minuto lang ay wala na'kong narinig mula sa kanya marahil siguro ay naka-alis na.

Binalik ko naman sa dating pwesto nya si Aries at nilagay ang phone ko sa bedside table na hindi ko alam na hawak-hawak ko pala kanina pa.

'Oh right, I forgot. Madi called me just before someone knocked.'

Nangangamusta lang sya sa'kin, but frankly and mostly sa'min ni Art talaga. I just gave her the answers she wanted but I exclude those parts that are supposed to be private. Sa'min na yun ni Art at hindi na kailangan pang malaman ng iba.

I don't kiss and tell.

I even came to the hot seat when she asked me why can't she see Art's whole face. I tried so many excuses and thankfully naniwala sya.

I just can't find myself to tell her what is it. Natatakot ako sa magiging reaksyon nya kung huhusgahan ba nya ako o ano. But even so, I know I can't hide the truth from her. Tatanggapin ko nalang lahat ng yun pagnagkataon.
