*Leah POV*

I go back to Martinus' house "hello my la...Leah, sorry, I forgot" Marcus said "is alright don't worry" I said "come in" he said and we walked inside "hello" Emma said "hi" I said "oh, you are back" G.A said as she saw me "hello Leah" k.e said coming behind her "hi, I have good and bad news, which ones do you want first?" I asked "the bad ones first" Marcus said "my father didn't gave me permission to help to repair your house, I'm sorry" I said "it's okay, you tried, you already did more than anyone of the royal family has done for us" K.E said "and what are the good news?" G.A asked "Martinus is getting better, he is starting to walk again but it will take him some days" I said "that's amazing, thank you" Emma says "hopefully he will be able to come home in some days" I said "we hope so, we miss him" Marcus said "he misses you too, is there anything else I can do for you?" I asked "no, you already did too much for us, just take care of my brother" Marcus said "I will, don't worry" I said and left.

"Is there anything between you and Martinus?" Francis asked "what!?" I said blushing "I see the way you look at him and how you smile when you talk about him and you just blushed" he said "okay, there's something between us, but please don't tell it to anyone, too many people know it already and you know what my father will do if he finds it out" I said "my lips are closed" he said "thank you Francis" I said "who else knows it?" *one week later*
*Martinus POV*

"I think I can do it without help" I said "okay, I'll be here if you need me" Leah said, I slowly stood up, i stayed like that for some seconds, then I started walking, my leg still hurting a bit making me limp but I could walk "well done" she said as I finally arrived to the door "I think I can go a bit further" I said "okay, if it hurts too much tell me and I'll help you to come back" she said opening the door, we walked together for a while, i still limping but I could walk "does it hurt?" She asked after a while "just a bit" I said "it's good to see you are better" she said

"I see that the boy is okay" someone said, we turned around and saw the king "hi father, yeah, he is getting better" Leah said "I see that he can walk again, I want him out of here today" "but father, he is not fully alright" she said "he seems to be fine" he said "but father he limps, don't you see?" She said and I smiled, she was so caring "it's okay, I can go home" I said "but your leg still hurting" she said "I'm okay" he said "okay, may I go with him? just in case something happens" she asked "okay, but take Francis with you" the king said "thanks father" she said

"Your horse is over there" she said "oh, you kept him?" I asked "yes" she said "thank you" I said "stop thanking me for everything" she said laughing "I just can't help it, you are doing so much for me" he said "it's nothing, you were hurt" she said as I got closer to her, I looked down to her eyes, she was much shorter than me "okay loving birds it's time to go" Francis said "he knows?" I asked surprised "yeah, he found out but he won't tell it" she said.

We ride our horses to my house, after a while we finally arrived, as I got off my horse I made a little groan of pain "you okay?" Leah asked "yeah, don't worry" I said "Francis take care of the horses, i'll come back soon" she said "as you wish my lady" he said and I knocked the door, Emma opened it "Martinus!" She said and hugged me "hey little sis" I said hugging her back, we got in "Martinus is back! Martinus is back!" Emma yelled as she run into the house and we laughed "Martinus" Marcus said "hey" I said and hugged him "my boy" mother said and father came behind her, I hugged them,I was happy to be back home "are you okay?" Father asked "yes, I'm fine" I said "you sure? You are limping" Marcus said "I'm okay, don't worry" I said "thank you so much leah for helping our son" mother said "no problem if you ever need help again just tell me, i'll leave now" she said "wait, Leah" I said getting out of the house "what are we going to do now?" I asked "what do you mean?" She asked "our love, how are going to see each other now?" I asked "meet me at midnight next to the lake, where it meets with the forest" she said "i'll be there" I said "see you tonight" she said and left
