The princes and the peasant

Part.18

*two weeks later*

It's night,Cooper and I were walking carefully around the village, hiding and running so nobody could see me, we were leaving notes in every door, it was just a paper with a purple dot. About a week before we left a note on every door, asking the peasants if they wanted to fight with us and telling them to come to teach them to fight. We told them about out plan and little by little we made the plan better by notes, we left a note on their door and the next night I collect the ones that the peasants left with their answers, and we agreed that a purple dot will mean that we were going to attack the next day, so yeah, we are going to do it next night, we were going to attack the palace.

We walked to the forest when we finished giving all the notes, Francis was already there waiting for us "hey" he said "hi, anything I should know?" I asked "no, everything keeps the same in the palace, what about here?" He asked "we are going to attack tomorrow" Cooper said "do you think you are ready?" He asked "no, but we can't take it longer, my father has the love of my life and his family locked in a cell and...I just can't take it for longer" I said "okay, remember you have to beat 49 guards, i'll do as much as I can to help from inside" he said "thanks" Cooper said.

*The next day*

It was late in the afternoon, all the peasants were behind me, I took a deep breath and walked forward, I'm not going to lie, I was really nervous "are you okay my lady?" Cooper asked "yes, don't worry" I said. Soon we arrived to the palace. The door opened and a guard appeared "my lady? Is that you?" He asked "yes, it's me" I said "what is happening?" He asked confused "stop asking and let us in" I said "no, till I know what is going on" he said "okay, I don't want anyone to get hurt but if it's necessary we will fight" I said "you can come in and the guard too, but not the peasants, those have no business here" he said "okay, you asked for it, let's go everybody" I said and we fought against the three guards, something easy, some minutes later we found Francis "five guards are going to arrive at any moment" he said "well, we have already beaten three of the up, we can go for five" I said "the king is in the second floor, in his room" he said "okay, listen everybody, our priority is to get to the king, Francis go and pack some things for the king" I said "okay" Francis said.

The five guards arrived soon and we fought against them, then more guards arrived and then more till all of the guards were here, the fight was getting long and then I saw so many people hurt and I saw Cooper falling to the floor, one of the guards hurt him really bad. I just couldn't take this anymkre, I couldn't stand seeing people hurt for my fault "I got on a table so everybody could see me "STOP" I yelled and everybody look at me "this is not okay, I know this was my plan but I just can't stand to see my people hurt, just let me explain the reason why of this" I said and explained them everything, most of the guards got on my said, although there were a few who didn't but we could keep them away just because they were much less and have no chance against us.

I got down of the table and saw Mar appearing from on of the hallways "Mar, take care of Cooper while we keep going with the plan, make sure he gets well" I said "I will my last" she said. We went to my father's room "what the hell..." He said as he saw all of us "come with us, now" I said and he came scared "Leah?" He said "keep walking" I said.

After a while we arrived to the border of the kingdom, we kinda pushed my father forward and Francis gave him a suitcase with his things "are you kicking me out?" He asked "I'm sorry but it's the best for the kingdom" I said "do you think that the best thing for the kingdom is TO KICK OUT THE KING" he said angry "we don't have a king anymore, we have a queen" Francis said "you'll be able to come back, but just when you accept that everyone is equal and you have to help everyone who needs it every time you have the chance to so it and that social status doesn't interfere in love" I said "you idiot" he said and jumped on me, I fell on the floor hitting my head really hard and I fainted
