Is she... (Chapter 14)

Zandra P.O.V.

 It was now time to go back home sadly. Once we finally settled down in the car and started driving of I started getting nervous ever minute that passes."Zan?" Kai took a glance at me and I knew he was worried "Yeah?" I didn't bother looking at him because once I do I knew I'll start crying "Zan are you okay? you haven't said anything for these past few hours." I couldn't lie to him cause if I do it would seem like I'm distancing myself away from him "No, Kai I'm nervous." I was looking out the window staring at the flat fields "I know it's okay you can stay with me as long as you want to okay?" I looked at him even though I knew I was gonna cry, but it seemed like it has been taken over by shock "Kai what about your parents?" I said "They wouldn't mind they understand and you can stay in my room cause the guest room is kinda taken up by boxes." I looked at him "Kai are you sure?" "Yeah don't worry." Kai said with a comforting smile "But I only have the clothes I brought for the road trip." I said "We can buy some new ones or you can sneak in your room and grab some." Kai suggested "Okay I'll stay with you for this year since it's our last year." Kai looked at me curiously "What do you mean?" "I mean that I'll be getting a job so I can move into a apartment at least." I wanted to escape from my parents for as long as I can. "Okay do you want me to help you?" Kai said "Yeah your gonna have to anyways cause I want you to move in with me." I said with a smile on my face "Really you want me to move in with you?" Kai said with a smile.

 After the long drive I got out of the car and I soon heard somebody marching towards me, I turned around and my legs felt like they were being frozen it was my dad. "Zandra this is it you never came back until now so guess what, you can forget about your mother and I; You can spend your time with this pretty little boy here and never expect us to take you back stay away from home, and stay way from us." After my dad said that I stood there in shock. I felt like a was stabbed in the heart constantly every beat my heart makes the pain starts getting worse. I don't have my parents anymore I lost them, I lost them. I never loved them but it felt like I lost everything. I soon blacked out.

 Kai P.O.V.

  "Zandra this is it you never came back until now so guess what, you can forget about your mother and I; You can spend your time with this pretty little boy here and never expect us to take you back stay away from home, and stay way from us." I knew Zandra was hurt but I wish I could move but I was in such shock that I couldn't. Zandra's parents had just disowned her and it was all my fault if i hadn't taken here or even brought her back here soon enough she would've still have her parents and now its all my fault.

  Zandra P.O.V.

 "Dad please! I'm sorry." I said through my tears, but before I could go and reach him he turned around and pushed me; I tripped over my foot trying to keep my balance, but I banged my head first against the concrete and I soon found myself blacking out.

 Kai P.O.V.

 "Zandra!" I said running over to her; there was blood surrounding her head. I started panicking and called the ambulance. While I was waiting for the ambulance to come I laid her head on my lap not caring about the blood "Zandra please wake up." There was no response "Zandra!" I shouted through my tears. I felt eyes were soon watching me surrounding me and Zandra "Fuck off!" I shouted at them, and soon they walked away.

 Once the ambulance came they came and took her. "No! let me go with her shes not going anywhere without me!" I said shouting. Soon they gave up, and let me in. I sat next to her holding her hand while she laid there looking as if she was fast asleep not a care in the world.

 Once the nurses bandaged up Zandra's head they put her in a room were she was able to be alone. "She's just in a coma, and this takes weeks or even months to wake up." The Doctor said "Okay is she okay though?" I said worriedly "Yes shes fine shes still alive, but in a coma." the doctor said before he walk away "Wait could I see her?" I said "Yes you can just be careful." The Doctor said and turned around the corner of the hallway.

 I slowly opened the door and looked at her. She looked so peaceful that I broke into tears reminded that she was in a coma. "Zandra you might not hear me but its worth a try right?" I said with a chuckle "God Zandra I wish  I never brought you to the road trip cause one of this would've happened if it wasn't for me it was all my fault Zandra, and I'm sorry you now lost everything your family and your home it was all my fault, I wish it wasn't but its true." I grabbed her hand and it was cold I looked at her wishing he could wake up already so I can see her eyes and her smile, not laying there being lifeless. "Zandra I love you."
