Separated (chapter 19)

 I went to Zandra's room. I walked in seeing Zandra staring at a black leathery notebook; she sat on the window sill rolled up in a ball; The sun was illuminating her structure which made her look fragile and angelic, also bringing out her hair color.

 "What are you looking at?" I said as I went to sit next to her "My drawings." Zandra said quietly "Can I see?" I said looking over her shoulder. Zandra handed me the book and I started flipping to the first page. I saw an angel holding hands with a demon both in there own dimension. Everything was so detailed the angel and demons wing,and the angels dress and the fiery look on the demon, and their facial features. "You draw really good." I said flipping to the next page "Yeah I guess." Zandra sounded really gloomy  "Zandra whats wrong?" I said,throwing my arms around her. "Its just that." Zandra took a deep breath "Its that I feel like I'm gonna make there hurt you,and your feelings just because of me." I felt like I knew what was gonna happen. "Zandra please tell your not saying what I think you mean?" I said as I stood up staring at her. "Yes Kai I'm sorry,but I can't stand seeing you hurt okay?" Zandra was forming tears in her eyes. I felt like I had just been stabbed in the heart. "Zandra please please no I can't please stop I love you Zandra please don't leave me." I said pleading her, I got on my knees holding her hand. "Kai I'm sorry I really don't want to break up with you, but please understand me." Zandra said through tears. I stood up and looked at her I knew she was hurt, but shes was trying to hold it in.

 I walked in my room,and ran to my pillow and started screaming. This can't be real this can't be real its just a dream it has to be it has to be a nightmare. I said to myself. I felt anger started fuming up, and I jumped out of my bed and went to my desk and slid everything of it, and went to my bed pulling a the sheets. I was destroying my whole room.

Zandra P.O.V.

 I had just broken up with him. I felt my heart crumble to pieces. I never wanted to do it,but I felt like I had to.

 I heard crashing in the room across from me; I knew it was Kai. I destroyed him. I went to my bed and started crying. I had to be the one always regretting the choices I made,everything I did I felt like it was the right choice but later on it wasn't. I ruined everything, I hate the choices I made,  I regretted them.

 I laid against the window, and soon felt my eye lid get heavier and heavier by the minute. I soon closed my eyes and went to sleep.

Kai P.O.V.

 Once I was done releasing my anger I looked around my room and everything was ruined my mattress was across the room leaning against the wall,there were drawers dragged out everywhere, clothes scattered across the floors, and blinds that were ruined. It looked like there was a terrible storm coming through and destroying my whole room. I need to get out of here. I went downstairs and grabbed my jacket and walked out. I honestly didn't know where I was going, but I knew I was going somewhere.

 I found myself at a library, and since I was here I decided to go pick up a book. After a good 30 minutes I finally found one I was actually int rested in and went to sit at a table. I was into the chapter unaware of the girl who sat across from me staring at me. "Um can I help you?" I said rudely "No I just think your cute." She said with a smile. "I'm sorry not really, but I have a gir-." I cut myself of replaying all the things that had happened earlier. I just looked back down at the book and continued reading. "So hows your day?" The girl said still with a smile "Um your interrupting my reading so please shoo go away." I said throwing an annoying look at her. The sighed and got up to leave "Your loss." She said walking away. I looked back down at my book and continued reading it.

  I was halfway through the book, so I decided to pause and check the time; it was 10:32. I went ahead and decided to check the book out and headed home.

  I walked to Zandra's room to see what she was up to. I saw Zandra still at the same spot last time, but this time she was asleep. I found a throw blanket on her bed, and went over to pick it up. I went over to Zandra and draped the blanket over her; I turned around about to leave until I heard a whisper, I turned around and found Zandra half asleep, but was kinda sitting up but her body was still leaning against the window. "Kai I'm sorry." Zandra whispered. I walked over to her,and sat next to her; I looked into her eyes and saw tears starting to form. "Zandra do you mean it or are you just half asleep and just saying whatever is on your-." I was cut off, because Zandra leaned into me and kissed me; I kissed back. We ended up having a short make out session, until Zandra pulled away; she was now wide awake. "K-Kai I'm so-sorry." She said as she looked down at her hands "No its okay." I said. I quickly cupped her faced and kissed her again.

  We were in bed, because it was cold sitting by the window "Zandra?" I said quietly "Yeah?" she said, pulling my arms around her "Are we back together?" I said impatiently, I was anxious for her answer. "Yes; I'm sorry Kai I was just upset, and the red haired girl threatened to take you away from me, and I didn't want that to happen, so I decided to break up with you so it would hurt less than having you taken away from me."Apology accepted." I said with a smile. Zandra looked up at me, and threw a smile at her and a kiss on her forehead. "I love you Kai." Zandra said before she fell fast asleep "Love you to." I said resting my head on top of hers, and forced myself to sleep.
