A new beginning (Chapter 17)

Zandra P.O.V.

 "Kai thanks again and also your parents for letting me stay here for now." I said as Kai helped me bring my suit cases up the stairs to the guest room "Yeah no problem." Kai said as he dropped the suitcases on the floor. This is a new beginning I can start a new life without my family cause I have everything I need  here.

 Once I settled down I sat on the window sill and stared out at the pond that was near by. "Hey." I turned around and saw Kai's mom leaning against the door way "Hi" I said as I sat up straight "So how are you so far?" Kai's mom said "I'm fine Mrssss." I said extending the S "Just call me Julia." Julia said "Well hi Julia." I said with a smile "So hows everything?" Julia said "Minus everything that had happened I think its amazing; Kai has been the only person who was able to keep me happy and alive, he is amazing I'm so glad I met him; and you and your husband you guys are such a great big help to me I love you guys so much." I said I meant every word I said cause they are amazing "Zandra you have changed Kai you know that?" Julia said "Really how?" I said with curiosity "Well when we lived in China back then he was always rebellious and I was afraid for his own good, so I wanted to get a fresh new start on everything; ever since he met you he has done good things." I smiled I felt like I have done so much and everything else. "Thanks Julia for telling me and for making me feel welcome." I said "No problem." Julia walked out of the guest room which I'm guessing is mines for now.

 Kai P.O.V.

  I was about to walk in until I heard Zandra and my mom talking to each other; I obviously wanted to know what there talking about so I eaves dropped.

  "Minus everything that had happened I think its amazing; Kai has been the only person who was able to keep me happy and alive, he is amazing I'm so glad I met him; and you and your husband you guys are such a great big help to me I love you guys so much." I heard Zandra say I smiled I felt like I have done so much to her  "Zandra you have changed Kai you know that?" I heard my mom say Please don't tell her about that please please please "Well when we lived in China back then he was always rebellious and I was afraid for his own good, so I wanted to get a fresh new start on everything; ever since he met you he has done good things." My heart  sank and I walked back to my room taking a moment just to think what Zandra might have thought of me. She probably dosen't see me the same way anymore now, she probably is judging me god I don't even know.

 "Hey." I stopped pacing around my room and turned around and I saw Zandra leaning on the door frame with a slight smile on her face "Hey umm about what my mom said." I scratched my head wishing I never said that cause some how it managed to get out of my mouth "Yeah don't worry about it I'm pretty happy that I made you this non rebellious person." Zandra chuckled "Really? so you don't really care?" I said in surprised shock "Yeah its just another thing I know about you now." Zandra walked over to me and pecked my lips. " Zandra has anybody told you you are amazing?" I said "Yeah and it was you and your mom." Zandra smiled "Dang it I wanted to be the only one." I said in a whiny voice "Haha well you are the first one who told me that." Zandra said "Yes!" I said as I jumped around her. Zandra laughed as I jumped around in a really stupid way with a weird face.

 Once we settled down we were one my bed in silence, but it wasn't the awkward kind it was the calm and peaceful kind. "You know we have school tomorrow?" I said "Ugh why?" Zandra sighed and rested her head on my chest "Cause its for our own good." I said "You sound like a mom who would tell me that." Zandra laughed "Oh really? I can be a parent if I want to." I sat up and started getting my sass game on "Zandra honey please take out the trash for me." I said as I started walking to the door pointing downstairs "Yeahh no." Zandra said with a smirk "Oh really missy you wanna go that far?" I said putting my hands on my lips doing a slight duck lips; I picked her up of the bed my arm around her stomach "We will see about that." I whispered in her ear as I brought her downstairs, Zandra kept shouting "Kai put me down!" followed by a laugh.

 I brought her down passing the living room were my parents were watching TV. "Kai what are you doing?" my dad said "Just making Zandra take out the trash." I said with a laugh "Kai stop I can't my stomach hurts." Zandra was laughing to hard to finish her sentence. "Aww look at them there so cute!" my mom said "Oh this reminds us on how we met we wer-." "Mom stop I'm pretty sure Zandra dosen't want to hear I said gently putting Zandra down. "Oh Zandra does want to know don't worry I know; Zandr sweetie come here and sit there with Kai also so you can hear how Kai's dad and I and how we met." Zandra laughed and just obeyed my mom, I sighed and just went ahead and sat next to Zandra.

 Once my mom started talking I zoned out cause I already knew what was gonna happen. My mom met my dad at a grocery store were my mom dropped her groceries and he helped her bring it back home, because back then they wern't able to afford cars, and blah blah blah they were dating for 3 years and was married for 4 years and some where between there they had me then bam! I was born.

Zandra P.O.V.

 ONCE Kai's mom finished her story I complimented her relationship, and went to my room. I went to my room and unpacked a little since earlier  I was allowed to go in my room to get some of the stuffs I owned. I pulled out a camera which I used for my Youtube which I had neglected, but I plan on doing something but I needed Kai's help.
