"Can we just cut to the chase daniel? I'm not here to play games with you." "Oh but how I would love to play games with you." He grins widely but you can't help but give him a disgusted glance. "We have you on stalking charges and Forced entry." "And what entry did i force into?" "My apartment, it looks like you are able to have things slid under but you can't, there is a stopper. I found the letter by my door" "You know y/n you are smarter than I ever gave you credit for" "How did you get in?" "I miss the way your lips pressed against mine" "Do you have anything to do with the unsub we arrested for rape and murder?" "remember how you used to say my name ?" you get up and leave. "Are you okay?" derek asks.

"Reid no" you scold. You watch as he opens and walks in the door.

SPENCER POV:
You walk in and see the man you hated the most. Previously you had almost beat him to death until Derek and Hotch pulled you off. You throw down some
pictures you found in his apartment. "Did you take these pictures of y/n?" "What if i did?" "Then you will be arrested, actually no you will just get charged more because you already are arrested." He chuckles as if it was a joke. "I remember when i was in love with y/n, i'll get her back Agent." "Back? she was never yours" "Is that because she's your? The way you reacted to me shows something, are you threatened by be agent?"
You clench your jaw. "Do you have anything to do with the murders in Colorado?" "She will never love you like she did me, the way i would touch her body. Nothing like you could ever do" "Oh really now? because currently i get to touch her. When did you rape her? 6-7 years ago? Well she has grown a lot since then. She basically begs for me Daniel." His face goes blank, you don't care what the team has to say at this point. "Leave" daniel yells You get up and leave.

Y/N POV:
At this point you are embarrassed, spencer basically just told the team you had sex and that you begged for him. No one has said anything but JJ put her hand on your shoulder. As a sign of it's okay.
Spencer walked out, he looked furious.He looked at you with an apologetic face, you knew he was sorry for saying that in front of the team.He walked away as you followed him. "Spencer it's okay" you wrapped your arms around his body. "I just love you so much" "I love you so much too spencer." You sit and talk with him for about 2 hours. Suddenly Emily walks in and announces that he has confessed. Stalking, forced entry and helping with a murder. 67 years. You see Aaron and Derek carry him out arm in arm again. As they take him to leave for prison he says "I'll see you again my love" "You actually won't" You hear JJ spit at him. You smile at her. You notice spencer shift in his seat uncomfortably at that remark.
"I don't have feelings for her" "But you did." " Spence i did 6 months ago, i made one mistake with her. I feel nothing. I wouldn't do that to will and henry anyway" "I get it" he says then kisses your head.

It's been about 3 months since Daniel has been arrested. You've worked at the BAU for almost a year. You and spencer have basically been dating since the day of daniels arrest. Although he never officially asked you out, you have amazing sex and you are in love.
"Good morning sleeping beauty" You wake up to amazing words and see spencer's messy hair just gave you life. "Hey baby" You kissed him. "So we don't have a case today, I was thinking after work we can go grab some dinner ?" "I would love that baby" "Okay, get dressed i'll make breakfast, we need to leave in an hour. Work starts at 7:30." You get dressed wearing a white button up and black skirt. You wear a long tan jacket over it with a pair of nude heels.

You walk out the bathroom and spencer stares at you. "Y/N you look great, he kisses you." "You look great to babe" you kiss him back. It's 6:45. "I made pancakes" You look at your kitchen, basically a mess. "Wow i see that" you giggle. You both eat and you plan on picking up before you go out later tonight.
Spencer and you get in the car and drive to the BAU. The team has a feeling about you two but it was never made official. Only JJ knew as she became your best friend. You tell her everything and you love her. You don't have feelings for her anymore and you are greatful for it, Your whole heart is full with love for spencer.

You arrive at work and you see the whole team already there. "Ah pretty boy and blondie show up to work again" "Is this what your 7th 8th time doing it" derek asks while laughing. "Leave them alone derek" you hear JJ say while not looking up from her desk once and organizing paperwork. "As you know we don't have a case today so just finish up your reports and you can go home." Hotch announces then walks back into his office. After doing some reports you walk into the break room and hear footsteps behind you. You then feel someone hugging behide you and touching your ass.
"Hey beautiful" of course, as you figure. It's spencer. You turn your body around and kiss him, wrapping your arms around his neck. The door opens. You quickly turn back around and finish making your coffee.
"And what did I just witness?" it's emily.
"What are you talking about ?" "Come on y/n don't play dumb with me." she smiles "We have no idea what your talking about" reid giggles as he says it. "Right okay" She pours her coffee and exits again. You instantly turn around "You can not do that at work again." you laugh. "Sorry babe you just looked hot." He motions out your body shape with his hands. he mouths "ass fat" and you laugh while exiting the break room door.

After work you leave with spencer hugging everyone goodbye, it's only 4 so you have time to get ready. Spencer drops you off at your apartment and he says he will pick you up at 8, and dress fancy, but show some skin. You wonder what he has planned tonight. You enter your apartment and look through your closet.
You decide on this, oh how tonight will be fun.
