chapter 23- genuises

It's been about a week since Spencer has proposed, tomorrow you go back to work and get to announce it to the team. You wake up feeling nauseous. You run to the bathroom throwing up. That's when you hear Spencer follow you. "Hey are you okay hun" you look up at him. "Yeah I just feel a bit sick" He scratches the back of his head. "Are you sure?" "Yeah" He looks over the sink and grabs your birth control packet.

You see him counting as his eyes widen. "What?" "You missed a day" "What are you talking about?" you grab the packet. He looks at you. "Was that the night we?" You put your palms over your face. "Yeah it is"

You feel your heart drop. You could be pregnant? This is your second scare and you are just now engaged. Spencer brings you into a hug, while he kisses his forehead he starts to talk.

"Get dressed baby and we can go get a test" You sigh and nod, you notice the excitement in his voice and it makes you smile. After getting dressed he smiles at you.

"Ready to go my love" he reaches out his hand. "Let's go" You smile back at him as you take his hand.

You arrive at the drugstore. Spencer goes to grab a test as you stop him. "Let's get this one, JJ recommends" you remember from your last pregnancy scare.

He smiles. "That's the last one you took" "Aw you remembered" you giggle as you playful hit his arm. "How could I not, especially when you are trying to hide it from me" you both laugh as you go to check out.

You arrive back at your apartment. You walk back in the bathroom with the bag as Spencer follows you. "Hey if it's okay, can I do this alone" He looks slightly disappointed. But gives a little smile. "Of course you can" He gives you a kiss as you go to shut the door.

"Hey wait" You open it once more. "Yeah?" "I love you so much, and nothing would change that" You smile with a little tears in your eyes. "I love you too Spencer" You shut the door as you sigh and pull out the test.

You scan over the directions once more and sit on the toilet. After doing the test you sit it on the counter. While waiting you hear Spencer knock. "Is everything okay?" "Yeah still waiting" "Okay let me know" after about 20 more seconds your phone timer goes off.

You look down at the test.

Positive. Your vision goes blurry for a second as you have to hold on to the counter for balance. You start to feel queasy again as you go to the toilet to throw up.

Spencer then comes in. "Are you okay" He looks down at the counter. "Holy shit" He grabs the test and you see the happiness in his eyes. He picks you up spinning you around. You then feel happy.

You really want this baby. He puts you back down gently and touches your belly. "Hey little guy, or girl, or they" You smile "Spence it hasn't even been a month." "I know but they are still in there" You wrap your arms around him kissing him. "I guess we will have two exciting announcements at work tomorrow"

"Oh yes we will"

The next day you are walking up to the elevator with Spencer. "Hey be careful, are you okay? Do you feel sick?" It seems like every bump he asks if your okay. "Yes Spence i'm fine, now notch it down a little" "Right right". You walk in the doors with Spencer. You see the whole team. "Perfect" "Guys we have an announcement" Garcia runs to the closest desk towards you and sits down.

"Ooo ooo what is it ?!" Spencer then starts to talk. "We are engaged" Everyone starts to run and hug you Spencer trying to stop them from being to tight. " So are you guys considering baby geniuses?" Rossi asks.

"Actually that's our second announcement" JJ looks at you with pure happiness in her eyes. Hugging you. "I am so happy for you" You start to tear up as you see Luke hug Spencer. "I'm happy for you man" "Thank you" Derek gives you a kiss on the cheek.

"Pretty boy now has the pretty girl" You giggle. Emily Hugs you also congratulating you. And Aaron walks up to you. "I'm happy for you both, you're like a daughter to me and I wish nothing less but a happy pregnancy"

"Oh I am definitely in charged of the baby shower right?!" "Yes garcia along with JJ" "Speaking of which you JJ and emily will be my bridesmaids" Spencer looks at Derek "I guess you can be my best man" He laughs. "My man"

You feel so complete.
