CHAPTER 5
I woke up to the sound of something coming from outside the balcony. I groaned and walked over to the door and slid it open. Outside, there was a group of boys flying and joking around, knocking on windows and things. One of them saw me and smirked. He gestured to his friends and they flew over.
"Well, well, well what do we have here" one of them said and sat down on the balcony
Some of them stayed floating and some came and landed on the balcony
"What's a pretty girl like you doing out here?" one said and grabbed a piece of my hair
I took a step back
"Why haven't I seen you around here before?" the one sitting on the rail said
"I'm...I'm new" I stuttered
"Oh you're new are you?" he said getting off the rail and stepping towards me
"Y-yeah"
"Say Jim, should we welcome her like we do to all newbie's" the guy said looking at his friend then back at me
"I think we should give her a proper Hollendite welcome" said the friend and took a step towards me
"Wha...?" I said taking a step backwards
"Oi! Get away from her!" someone shouted from the next balcony
The guys looked to their right and their eyes widened. They all stumbled to get off my balcony and flew away.
I looked to my right and saw a guy standing on the balcony next to mine. He was standing, about 6'2, with his arms crossed over his chest. He had pecan colored hair and green eyes. He was looking angrily at the boys. He was wearing a tight white v-neck shirt and loose jeans. He turned away from the boys who were flying away and looked at me. He gave me a small smile
"Hey, um...thanks for that"
"No problem, those boys can be assholes sometimes"
I nodded
"Well, uh, bye" I said and walked back into the room.
I slid the glass door shut and closed the blinds so those boys wouldn't come back.
There was a knock on the door and I walked over to it. I opened the door and saw Brody standing on the other side smiling
"Hey" he said and walked in
"Uh, come in?" I said and closed the door behind him
He laughed. "Sorry" he said and plopped down on the bad
"So, what do you want to do today?" he said looking around the room
"Um, get dressed" I said referring to my pajamas
He laughed. "Have you unpacked yet?"
"Well, uh, no" I said looking at the suitcase on the floor
"You might want to..." he said looking at the huge bag
I huffed and unzipped the bag talking out a few shirts and walking over to the closet
"Uhhh, if you do it that way, it's going to take forever" groaned Brody
"Well, you could help" I said with my back turned to him
"Ok" he said easily
I grabbed a hanger and there was a rush of air that hit my back. All of my clothes flew into the closet and hung themselves up. I turned around and saw stuff fly in the dresser and things into the bathroom. I looked at Brody who had his hand raised. I narrowed my eyes at him and he smiled
