- S u m m e r -

As the school year ended, the girls made plans to spend the summer abroad exploring Italy before going back to Hogwarts for their last year. It was a girls holiday only; a chance to relax away from the boys as they were a lot more interactive with the mischievous bunch. Juniper's parents were happy for her to go... James and Sirius however were not.

Regardless, Juniper left the year of school on a bit of a low note as she began to wind herself up and squabble with Sirius about stupid things, little problems and the last squabble resulted in tears before she left. Now away in hot and sunny Italy, Juniper was relieved for a break but none the less could feel her emotions swallow her whole.

Meanwhile, back in London, James used the opportunity to have the boys stay with him all summer, kitting the Potter residence out into a boys den. Naturally, being the peak age they were, they had become hormone driven so spend the whole summer gossiping about the girls.

Sirius enjoyed his summer, especially as he was living at the Potters for the full duration and his first full year as a disowned Black; he was the happiest he'd ever been. Although the summer was fun and crazy, the achy butterfly feeling was stuck in the depth of his stomach again; his need for June to come home and beg her to talk to him. He attempted to send a letter again during her first week away but had yet to receive anything back for the long lengthy holiday. He was nearly at his breaking point but as the weeks rolled on his bedroom became unfamiliar to him due to his gravitation pull towards June's room, her bed being the only source of comfort since she wouldn't respond to his apology.

With only a few days left of the summer, the girls arrived back to a sad and gloomy looking London, separating and departing back to their homes.

She was greeted by her mother, a warm smiley welcome home as she embraced her pale in comparison parent. June was animated as they went to get dinner before heading home. narrating tales of what she had explored and witness in her month of freedom. She missed Italy but she was excited to get home and to go back for her last year of school. Her Rapunzel long brown hair was significantly shorter and with golden highlights; a spontaneous haircut and colour on their travels, each girl having a change as holiday excitement overtook them. Her skin was glowing warm and very tanned; a mark of sun kissed moments and beach adventures. She was one beautiful woman and she felt it too!

"How's the boy!" June rested her chin against her hand, smiling at the gorgeous sunset dropping behind the hills in front of them as she glance out the cafe window

"Which one?"

"Both" June chuckled, slightly fidgety in her seat.

"James is good - he broke my vase last week though. He's been a pain in my arse and party animal since you've been away. He's currently grounded." She sighed but there was a little amusement behind her words.

"And Sirius?" June mumbled his name. She missed him, aching and pined dearly but she forced herself to take a self care break and reintroduce herself to herself.

"Sleeping in your room every night" Her mothers beautiful lips tried to force down her cheeky smile, a harsh blush suddenly forming on June's cheekbones as her eyes grew a little "mmm James told me but I knew you'd end up finding each other! But yes, he's been his usual playful self but rather moody at times... and asking about the owls everyday. Have you not been writing?"
