A New Face (KAI PARKER AND READER)

I woke up and he was holding me still. I looked up at him and started realizing how perfect he was. His hair, even though messy was perfectly placed and dark brown. His eyelashes were long and laid nicely, his nose straight and turned up beautifully. His eyebrows were big and full, but somehow styled. Hell, they looked better then mine did on most days. His cheek bones and jaw line popped, but not to the point it looked like he had no meat on his bones. He had a few scars on his face in between his eyebrows, and I wondered how he got them.

"Stare much?" He giggled as he opened his eyes. Which were a beautiful gray blue by the way.

"Stare at an actual human face that is living and breathing after years of not seeing one?" I said with a smile on my face.

"Never." He looked down at me and moved his hands slowly by my armpits to tickle me, I started to giggle  and he got on top of me. My face started to get hot, but his cold minty breathe cooled my face. I didnt mean to let it happen, but I looked at his neck, watching his vein pulse through his skin. I pulled away from him, getting out from underneath him, standing up and walking out of the room.

"Hey, where are you going?" He asked before I got to the door.

"I just cant do this, Kai. I cant hurt you because not only would I be out of contact I'll be out of connection when I'll need it. So just- just let me push you away before we both hurt each other, ok?" I said then vamp sped out of the room.

Shit. I have to go find clothes now.

I ran to the store to find any womens clothing I could and everything looked so different. It wasnt even the build that surprised me, it was the clothing itself. I found some flannels and jeans and threw them in a bag that I found. I needed to convince him to leave, I wanted to stay in my house but without him there. I went back to the house and I smelt eggs and bacon in the kitchen and I immediately ran towards it.

There were two plates set out, both had eggs and bacon on it. His had something red drizzled over it, it smelt good. He looked up at me from the kitchen.

"Hey! Look who found clothes." He said with only briefs on and I rolled my eyes.

"Your one to talk." I said sitting down in front of my plate with a fork beside it.

"What is that? The stuff on your eggs." I asked from across the counter.

"This?" He pointed at his food and I nodded. "This is ketchup. Most people dont like it in their eggs but I find it delicious."

"Can I try some?" He nodded and picked some up with his fork and put it in front of my face. I took a bite and groaned, it was really good. He smiled and took his fork back once I took my mouth off of it.

"Sounds like you like it." He said with a grin.

"Yeah yeah, whatever."

We both finished and I hand washed the dishes like I always did.

"What are you doing?" He said with a laugh.

"Umm washing the dishes?"

He took the plates and forks out of my hands and set them on the counter, he unplugged the sink filled with water and soap then put the plates in a metal machine in the side if the counter.

"This, Y/n, is a dish washer. It cleans the dishes off for you. Soap and everything. So all you need to do is rinse it off then put it here."

I slowly nodded my head then walked away.

"Where are you going?" He asked following me.

"Away from you."

"But why."
