A New Face (KAI PARKER AND READER)

Today is my normal check in day, May 10th 2013. I decided to stay because things were moved around since the last time I was here, I stayed quiet and decided to stay low. If Kai was here he would come out and say he knew I was here, he wouldnt hide from.

Been here for a week and have heard talking, no sign of Kai or anyone else, little disappointed about it. Things are still moving around and there is a cross word puzzle on the table every morning I get an apple.

Today a saw someone, been here for two and a half weeks and I saw someone, two someone's. A man and a women. One goes by the name Bon
Bon, the mans name hasn't been spoken yet. I watched them for a while, they argued a lot, the man looked familiar but I didnt know where from. Could be an ancestor of someone I've killed which is very likely. They didn't seem like bad people, the women, Bonnie was her actual name, was a witch. Like Kai, but when they touched he didnt seem to be in pain, maybe he was like me, or she knew how to control it like Kai.

Apparently they got here from the other side, I often heard the man talk about it. About how a girl named Liv and a guy named Luke will die, and honestly I wanted to help, but I couldn't blow my cover.

I was walking around one morning while it was still very dark, I ran into someone. The second I did my heart dropped, I was consumed by fear. I looked up slowly and it was Kai.

A smile quickly fell across my face as I leaned my head up to kiss him, he kissed me back. I held his face on mine until he for some reason needed air.

"Where the hell have you been?!" He asked kissing me again.

"New Orleans." I said in between kisses and he pulled away.

"Fuck! Why didnt I check there?" He asked himself then kissed me again.

"I've missed you." He said and I smiled.

"I missed you more. You were on my mind every second if every day."

"Why didn't you try looking for me?"

"Because I didn't know if you wanted to see me again!" I exclaimed then kissed him again and then he pulled away.

"Angel! Of course I'd want to see you again! I went 16 and a half years looking for you alone, it was miserable. And now that I have you I'm never letting you go. I don't give a damn if your not ready, or if you dont want to hurt me. I'm going to hold you until we die no mat-" The lights turned on and we both looked at the light switch.

"Fuck." We said in unison.

"Who the hell are you?!" The man asked.

"Ummm... yeah the uh, the real question is who are you? We were here before you!" Kai explained.

"Actually, I was here before all of you." I stated.

"Just- answer the damn question." The man said.

"Not until you tell me your name, I already know Bonnie's. What's yours."

"Damon Salvatore." He said, Kai and I looked at each other shocked.

"Names. Now." He said.

"Brother?" I whispered.

"Your alive?! Your actually alive?! I'm so happy to see you!" I ran up to him and hugged him.

"How is Stefan? Oh and the beautiful picture of the girl, Katherine Pierce! Do you still talk to her? Ugh I have so many questions!"

"Who are you?"

"Seriously?" I said removing my arms from around him.

"I'm Y/n Salvatore! Your sister? Remember that one might you were reading and I said I was leaving? I left in 1851, you were reading a book and thought I was father. Is he dead yet? Oh and how was mother! Shes probably dead by now."
