-Mechagodzilla hanger.-

The team that was responsible for creating Mechagodzilla was now in the process of, albeit reluctantly, deleting everything they had worked on for the project.

Many thought that Godzilla was being far too rash with his demand, but what was done cannot be undone.

The Atlesian Knights stood guard, watching the science team go around scrapping Project Mechagodzilla. That's when the alarm sounded.

The sensors had picked up multiple signals just outside of Mantle. Eight signals to be exact.

"Godzilla. We've got Grimm activity on our sensors." Yin said.

-A few minutes earlier.-

Team Godzilla had begun patrolling Mantle, keeping a close eye out for any Grimm activity.

Godzilla always lingered by the breach. Thanks to Ironwood's new toy, Mechagodzilla the Behemoth he had been fighting had managed to get into the city.

He was thankful that no one was killed, but it could've been much worse.

Penny landed near the Kaiju King, wincing when she heard him elicit a low growl.

It was his way of acknowledging her presence.

"What do you want?" He asked.

"I just wanted to know why you wanted Mechagodzilla destroyed." She asked.

"The reason is my own." Godzilla hissed. "Now leave."

"Why do you despise me?" Penny asked. "I haven't done anything to earn your ire."

"I said, leave." Godzilla growled.

If he had turned around, he probably would've seen the hurt in her eyes, as well as a smidgen of fear.

"I..." Penny paused. "Very well. Good day, Friend Godzilla."

Penny flew off after saying that, which actually made Godzilla scoff.

"You're no friend of mine, android." He muttered.

"Don't you think you're being a bit too harsh on her?" Mothra asked.

"It, Mothra. Not her." Godzilla replied. "And it hasn't earned my trust, or respect. It most likely never will."

"Godzilla." Mothra sighed. "If she's an android, then why did she look sad when you told her to leave?"

Godzilla was about to respond when his Scroll started buzzing.

[Godzilla. We've got Grimm activity on our sensors.] Yin said.

Godzilla and Mothra looked at the hole, trying to spot any Grimm.

Strangely they saw none.

"I see nothing." Godzilla said.

[There are eight signatures on screen right now!] Ironwood yelled. [Wait a minute.]

The entire sensor network was alight with Grimm signatures all over Mantle. Literally.

"The whole city has Grimm in it." Ironwood whispered.

[That can't be right.] Weiss interjected.

[If there were Grimm, we'd have seen them by now.] Ruby added.
