Chapter Five: Grimm vs Kaiju

Godzilla stomped towards the Leviathan, as it rushed the Monster King.

When the two got closer, the size difference was very apparent, as Godzilla was much taller than his opponent.

The Leviathan went to bite Godzilla, but was grabbed by the throat and bit in the shoulder. Godzilla then dragged the Grimm away from the main group.

Rodan took to the skies and started looking for a way to escape. He soon spotted Vale in the distance.

"There's a city west of us! We could head there!" He yelled, Mothra nodded, and let out a trill which caused the Grimm to disperse.

"Let's go! Godzilla will handle the Leviathan!" Mothra reassured Team RWBY, the group then started sprinting to Vale.

"I've never seen a Leviathan come this far inland! What's it doing here!?" Qrow yelled, Mothra and Rodan looked at each other, both coming to the same conclusion.

"It was most likely sent here by Ghidorah!" Rodan replied, "Which means our lives just got nightmarish!"

Godzilla swiped his claws across the Leviathan's face, leaving deep scratches. The giant Grimm roared in pain, before it hit Godzilla in the face with it's own claws.

Godzilla grunted before turning to glare at his foe. The injury healed very quickly, and soon wasn't there anymore.

The Leviathan's injuries were taking longer to heal, but it charged it's beam attack. Godzilla's spines started glowing and the two launched their beam attacks at each other.

The attacks cancelled each other out, but the resulting explosion sent both combatants flying backwards. The Leviathan got up quickly and turned to see Godzilla unconscious.

The Grimm went to finish the Monster King, but Godzilla's eyes shot open, and he used his tail to trip the Leviathan up.

The Grimm fell towards Godzilla, who fired his Heat Ray directly in it's face. The Leviathan screeched in agony as it fell to the ground.

Godzilla then got to his feet, letting a low bellow escape his throat. The Leviathan stood up, and snarled at the Monster King.

Godzilla then charged at the Leviathan, with the Grimm doing the same thing. The two collided, but Godzilla soon started pushing the Leviathan back.

The giant Grimm tried to stop itself, but Godzilla's size and strength were too much for it. It soon lost it's footing and fell to the ground.

Godzilla put his foot on the Leviathan in a pin move, that it couldn't break. Godzilla readied another Heat Ray, but the Grimm fired it's beam at Godzilla.

The attack hit Godzilla in the eyes, which caused him roar in pain. This did more than stagger the Monster King though. It had also blinded him.

With his eyes damaged, Godzilla had lost his sight, and couldn't defend himself from the Leviathan's attacks. The Grimm fired it's beam at Godzilla hitting him in the back, causing the Kaiju to stagger forward.

Godzilla roared again, and started attacking wildly, hoping he could hit his foe. The Leviathan then slashed Godzilla across the chest, causing blood to flow out.

Godzilla then roared in frustration, and his spines started glowing. He then sent out his Nuclear Pulse, which hit the Leviathan and sent it flying backwards.

Godzilla then opened his eyes, his sight restored he glared daggers at the Grimm. Now, he was mad.

The Leviathan tried to run, but Godzilla grabbed it's head and pulled it to him.

The Kaiju then pried the Grimm's jaws open, his spines ignited as he fired a Heat Ray down the Leviathan's throat. The Leviathan stopped struggling as the attack started burning his head off.

The Grimm's body fell to the ground, and Godzilla let out a roar of victory.

Suddenly, Godzilla's body started glowing sapphire blue, and he started to shrink. After a few moments, he was in his Faunus form again, and the Aura that surrounded his body, flared before disappearing.

"Is this Aura? I'll have to ask Ruby about this." He muttered, before making his way to the group, and Vale.

The Leviathan's corpse soon dissipated, along with it's severed head, but Godzilla recalled what it had said. He knew who had sent it.

King Ghidorah.

Our first giant fight! I hope you enjoyed it, this will most certainly not be the last one. As always though, comment, rate, and leave advise so I can improve. Next chapter will be more dialogue than action, so see you guys then.
