Lilac walked to the kitchen, shortly followed by a concerned Mint Choco.

''Think again, Lily !'' the minty boy addressed his partner. ''Are you sure you don't need any help with cooking today ?''

''No, my choice is already made,'' Lilac answered. ''It is a recipe traditionally from Yogurca. As ancient as the world. My elders taught me it, I should be able to recreate it, again.''

''But, Lilac... you can't even fry an egg !''

''Because you never give me access to the frypans.''

''Lilac... you won't even let me bring you the ingredient ?''

''... Fine. I will tell you all you need. I will then do the steps.''

''Oh, no, no... you will tell me them, as I will execute them !''

With that agreed, both cookies brought the jellies to the work plan, and both started to mix them all together. Mint Choco wouldn't be too far away, to make sure Lilac could handle the big responsibility that was making a meal. Good Heavens only could know how this would end. But at least, Mint was here, wrapping arms around Lilac's waist by occasion. The latter would scoff, blushing hard behind their cape. ''You're embarrassing,'' they would sometimes whisper.

''Right, are the egg jellies and honey drops mixed together ?''

''Yup !'' Mint rejoiced with a wink. ''All there is left to do is adding the sour-flavored yogurt into bowls, and we should be ready for today's lunch !''

''Here, I will bring it-''

Lilac was about to get a bowl from the shelf, on tiptoe. Alas for them, they lost balance and were about to fall. Mint bucked his head to the side and gasped. He hurried to them and caught them in his arms. Thankfully, both the bowls and the cookie were safe.

''Goodness, Lily ! Are you alright ?''

''Uhm... yeah, thanks for the help,'' they quickly chucked Mint Choco away as they stood up.

They walked to the table where they would place the bowls. Mint Choco brought the honey preparation and the yogurt, then himself to a chair, facing Lilac. Both wished themselves a good meal before being able to have a taste of their own preparation. Mint Choco marvelled to the taste, as Lilac would simply nod.

''What do you think, Lily ?''

''I find that you did a pretty good job-''

''Me ? No, darling, we both did a good job ! It is you who helped me with the ingredients...'' he held their hand. ''We should cook together more often.''

''Heh... you're right. You'd do the acting as I'd do the talking.''

''Exactly ! Maybe I could teach you some cooking tricks, too !''

Both smiled at each other before proceeding back to their plates.
