(Shhhh I love this ship- spoilers?? I guess. This is in the timeskip and it involves the msby black jackal and I'm pretty sure that's well known? As well as everyone who is on the team? So if you don't know that and you don't want spoilers for that... don't read.)
It was a vacation. It was a silly team vacation and Sakusa didn't want to go.
Why he was forced to go because instead of calling it a vacation they decided to call it a 'team bonding exercise'. It would seem odd if the whole team but him went. So he got dragged along. The airport was a hassle and the plane ride was uncomfortable to put it simply.
And then there was the hotel arrangements. Simply put- terrible. Not the hotel. The hotel was surprisingly nice but...
"I'm not sharing a room with him," Sakusa bitterly stated as he glared at their captain.
Meian sighed, readjusting his backpack strap before holding out the two keycards. "If it becomes that big of a problem then we can see about switching out tomorrow. For now, you're stuck with Atsumu."
Before Sakusa grabbed the cards with a dirty look Atsumu had beat him to it, swinging an arm around Sakusa as he pocketed both keyboards.
"Aww, come on omi-kun! It's just for a few days!" He chuckled.
Sakusa immediately stepped to the side and shoved Atsumu from against him. "Just tonight," he corrected, promptly turning around and heading to the elevators with a huff.
He could hear Atsumu following behind and held back an audible groan. One night. That's it. It can't be that bad.
Less than three minutes later and Sakusa was impatiently waiting on the other to open the door.
"Just hand over the key," he urged, watching Atsumu attempt for the fifth time to open the door.
"No no, it's fine. I got this," Atsumu mumbled fully focused on swiping. Sakusa was about to argue before there was a soft click and the door swung open.
Sakusa registered the urge to huff out a 'finally' as he stepped into the room. And then immediately stopped, scanning the hotel room.
Atsumu practically knocked him over. "Well don't just stand there!" He hissed out, stepping to the side but he soon figured out the problem. "Oh."
"There's only one bed."
