You were an aspiring theoretical physicist/engineer, but that changed after you took up an internship for a private military company and met a girl who went by Ela, who'd change your way of thinking.
Ela's alarm wakes the two of you up to your annoyance. You groan and rub a hand against your face. "Really? You have to run today?"
"Every day I don't have off." The Polish voice says with a yawn next to you, reaching over to her nightstand to turn it off.
You struggle to open your eyes and look over at Ela's side, which provides a great assistance to opening them. Ela was sitting on the edge of the bed stretching, her bare back facing you. She gets up and her butt is on display for you to see as she walks over to her dresser. "I know it's morning, but I'm still seeing a full moon."
Ela stops and looks at you, rolling her eyes, but you see that smirk appear on her face. "Zboczuszku. It's a bit early for bad jokes."
"It's never too early for bad jokes. Same goes for flapjacks."
Ela starts to open the dresser drawers and pulls out a bra and underwear. "Thank you again for being patient with me last night. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it means a lot."
"Of course Ela. I didn't want to make you uncomfortable, and I knew you'd tell me when you were ready. Did you at least enjoy it?"
Ela's freckled cheeks turn a shade of pink as she fastens her bra. "I did. Hope it was worth the wait for you."
"It was. I'm already looking forward to our next time."
Ela scoffs as she puts on her underwear before heading into the closet to get her track suit. "When do you want me in the lab?"
"Oh right! We begin our testing today. Uhhh... I wanna say 8:30 but I know you'll be late so 9."
"You know me too well."
"That's why I'm here." You hear another scoff from the closet. "Any flashbacks?"
"Nie. I think me taking off my clothes myself helped with that. That and I trust you."
"I have yet to break that trust, nor do I want to."
"Good, because you know how valuable it is."
"Mhm. You running with Meghan today?"
"Tak. We're probably going to discuss yesterday's mission among other things." Ela walks out of the closet in her tracksuit and walks up to your side of the bed. "See you at the lab." She bends over and the two of you kiss.
"See you there."

Ela POV Yesterday went rather smoothly in the lab. We didn't do too much in the crazy department. It was really just a lot of planning and seeing what we were working with. There was a feeling of older times back in the lab in the PMC. Our synergy just came out into play again and overall the day was rather productive. There were a couple of times when I had to leave for a quick training mission or something along the lines of that, but you get the idea.
